ConsI have combination skin with an oily T-zone and normal cheeks. After applying this, my cheeks became extremely dry, causing dead skin cells to crack. While I understand it's a product for oily skin, so dryness on the cheeks is expected, even my T-zone was greasy with excess oil. Nothing seemed to work well. It clogged my pores and emphasized them too. I have a shade 23 complexion, but this was too light, making my face look ghostly. I thought it would be lightweight since it's a CC cream, but it wasn't as light as I expected. Overall, I strongly discourage using this product.

The color gives a radiant look.
ConsThis feels a bit too harsh. I'm not sure if it's due to micro-pearls, but it applies rather roughly. If you don't exfoliate properly before use, it leaves a white cast. Not recommended for dry skin.
TipMixing it half-and-half with a hydrating moisturizer improves the application and reduces the emphasis on dead skin cells.

The powdery finish makes it perfect for summer use!
ConsWhile it applies smoothly at first, the powdery finish might not be suitable for those with dry skin like me, especially in winter. It can also accentuate dead skin cells in areas that haven't been exfoliated. Other than that, I don't see any significant drawbacks.

Typical CC cream characteristics, not much different from other drugstore brands.
ConsFor combination skin, it severely emphasizes dead skin cells on the T-zone. Poor coverage. One of Etude's biggest disappointments, extremely underwhelming.
TipYou're better off just using a BB cream instead.

I don't usually like moisturizing products, but this feels refreshing.
ConsIt accentuates dead skin cells, so I wouldn't recommend it if you have problematic skin. I've been told I have great skin, no blemishes or spots, but this made the pores between my eyebrows very visible. It doesn't absorb well and tends to pill a bit. If you use it, apply it with a sponge.
TipLayer it over a hydrating moisturizer to help with the dead skin cell issue.

Unlike other CC creams that can be overly shiny, this one has a matte finish that's perfect for oily skin types. It also offers decent coverage, helping to conceal pores and blemishes to some extent. While the volume might be less compared to other products, considering the shelf life of cosmetics, it's better to use it up quickly and move on to a fresh product.
ConsThe formula is quite thick and dry, so if you don't prep your skin well with a good base, it can accentuate dead skin cells. Since it's noticeable that you're wearing makeup, it might not suit those looking for a completely bare-faced look.
TipApplying a makeup base or sunscreen before using this product can brighten your complexion and improve how it absorbs. You can snag this Etude product for around $10 when it's on sale.

I guess it just naturally brightens the skin...?
ConsIf you squeeze it wrong, the contents spray out with a 'whoosh'... It splatters everywhere, and this has happened more than once or twice, ugh. Also, it slightly emphasizes dead skin cells, and if applied incorrectly, it can leave a white cast.

Sigh. To be honest, I'm not sure about any clear benefits. One interesting thing is that the color looks different when you squeeze it out versus when you apply it to your face...
ConsIt severely emphasizes dead skin cells. It might be okay for those without this issue, but it tends to pill. It doesn't set well and moves around. I tried to set it with powder, but that defeated the purpose of the natural look I was going for. It seems to get darker on the skin... Disappointing.
TipWell, I'm not sure... I think this might be better suited for people with flawless skin without any dead skin cell issues.

Compared to other CC creams, the coverage was quite impressive.
ConsWhile it does create a smooth finish, it tends to slightly accentuate dead skin cells.

ConsThe texture feels a bit heavy and it accentuates dead skin cells. The color appears darker than my natural skin tone. It doesn't absorb well. Won't repurchase.
