First off, I absolutely loved the citrusy scent while washing my face! Since it's a rinse-off product, it's natural that its brightening effects aren't as pronounced as leave-on skincare. Nevertheless, I noticed my skin becoming clearer and brighter over time after cleansing. The foam was rich and creamy, and I didn't feel like it lacked lather at all. I used to use Sen*** cleansing foam, and even after using a foam cleanser that produces an abundance of lather but with lower density, I didn't feel like this one fell short in comparison!
ConsPerhaps due to the Vitamin C, it stings quite a bit if it gets in your eyes... After showering, I washed my face with this cleansing foam and warm water. Although it hadn't happened before, my face suddenly became red and swollen. I suspect it might be because my pores were open right after the shower, allowing the foam to penetrate and possibly react with some allergy-triggering ingredients... Those with super sensitive skin like me, please be cautious!!
TipFor those who think it doesn't lather well, try using a foam maker from Daiso! You'll get an abundance of soft, rich foam.
