It removes makeup effectively without irritation, and the refreshing, water-like feel makes it perfect for daily cleansing. Even on sensitive or irritated days, there is minimal irritation, so it's great to use without worry. The finish is not sticky, but leaves a clean, tidy feeling, making it ideal as a primary cleansing step before washing. With deep sea water from Dokdo included, the skin is not tightened but left moisturized after cleansing 💧 Wiping with a pad can easily remove most base makeup.
ConsThe gentle makeup is a bit lacking in perfect removal. Waterproof mascara or lip tint requires multiple rubs, and you ultimately need to use an eye makeup remover 🙈 It's better to use it on days when you're wearing a lighter base or tone-up, rather than on days when you're wearing full-coverage makeup. Also, it's almost odorless, which makes it feel clean, but those who prefer fragrant cleansing products may find it boring. It's in a regular bottle type, not a pump, so it's a bit of a hassle to use and difficult to control the amount.
TipI often use it as a substitute for my morning cleansing routine as well! Soaking a cotton pad generously and wiping it along the skin texture replenishes moisture and gently exfoliates dead skin. On makeup days, I remove point makeup with a dedicated makeup remover, then finish up with a cleansing water all over. Just place the damp cotton pad on my cheeks, forehead, and chin for about 10 seconds, and it wipes everything away without any irritation 🧖🏻♀️

I used it with a foaming dispenser, and it felt like a foam cleanser without any irritation. The finish was clean, leaving my skin feeling fresh. After use, my skin felt hydrated without any tightness, and it seemed to effectively remove impurities. It's great for daily use. Being fragrance-free, it's even more comfortable to use, and I'd recommend it to those looking for a gentle cleanser.
ConsAs it's a water-type cleanser, simply applying it with a cotton pad felt a bit lacking. It was more convenient to dispense it into a separate container. It doesn't remove heavy makeup in one go, so a second cleanse is definitely necessary.
TipUsing it with a foaming dispenser makes it much easier to use - you can gently wipe your face with the foam without needing to rub with your hands. It's suitable for morning cleansing or light makeup days, and it's gentle enough to use even when your skin is super sensitive. I'll likely keep using this product.

It feels gentle and mild with minimal irritation.
ConsIt doesn't effectively remove waterproof or point makeup, so you'll need to use a lip and eye remover alongside it. Makeup trapped in pores doesn't come off easily, requiring a second cleanse. It's a bit inconvenient that you can't rely on this alone for a complete cleanse before bed.

Upon using it, I found that the product itself is gentle and non-irritating, making it great for removing light makeup.
ConsIt didn't seem to completely remove heavy eye makeup and waterproof cosmetics. I also noticed a slight tingling sensation if it accidentally got into my eyes.

It's free from artificial fragrances and has a refreshing feel, making it perfect for quick and easy cleansing. While my skin isn't particularly sensitive to begin with, I experienced no irritation during use, and my skin didn't feel tight or dry after cleansing.
ConsIt stings and irritates my eyes severely, causing tears every time I remove eye makeup. While it didn't irritate my skin, it was really harsh on my eyes. I ended up switching to a different product before finishing this one. Also, it doesn't remove mascara effectively.

It's mildly acidic and removes makeup better than I expected.
ConsFor waterproof eyeliner, you'll need a separate eye makeup remover.

I used this before my second cleansing and was satisfied with the results.
ConsThere weren't any major issues, but while the eyeliner wiped off well, the mascara was almost impossible to remove.

The foundation washes off quite well. Overall, it's a non-irritating, decent product.
ConsHowever, for point makeup or mascara, you'll need to use a separate remover.

I tried the Dodok line for the first time based on good reviews, and it's quite nice! As a sensitive skin user, I'm usually satisfied as long as my skin doesn't get irritated after use, and since there's no major issue, I think this product would work well for most people.
ConsThe fragrance is not really my personal preference... It's the least favorite among the products I'm currently using. But fragrance is very subjective, so it's just my own opinion. The cleansing power is not exceptional. It removes makeup and eyeshadow well, but the eyeliner only fades a bit even after repeated rubbing. The mascara is almost impossible to remove. So you may need to use a separate eye and lip makeup remover or do additional cleansing.

I've never had any issues with my face from cosmetics before, so I suspect it was due to the mask and cleansing oil. I took medication from a dermatologist and recovered, but the upper cheek area has remained sensitive since then. So I decided to try a gentle cleansing water. 💡Ingredients As mentioned above, I've become more conscious of cosmetic ingredients. The Dokdo Cleansing Water has no harmful ingredients, which I'm pleased about. 💡Packaging It's in a tube format, which is convenient and hygienic to use. Since I'm still a bit cautious after the dermatitis, I've been putting the cleansing water in a foaming container and using it as a foam to cleanse. 💡Usage and Cleansing Power I use a makeup remover for heavy eyeliner, eyeshadow, and lipstick, and then use this to cleanse the rest of my face. It feels less irritating than oil cleansers. I do a two-step cleansing, first with this and then with a slightly acidic foam cleanser.
Cons🌚The only downside is that since it's gentle, heavy eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner, and lipstick need to be removed separately with a makeup remover.
Tip🍀I recommend putting it in a foaming container and using it as a foam if you have sensitive skin like me.
