According to recent articles on cosmetic ingredients and toxicity, this product contains C12-13 pareth, which is made by adding the carcinogen ethylene oxide to C12-13 alcohol, and also contains quaternium compounds, a highly toxic class of quaternary ammonium compounds.
I was going to use it just because of the cleansing power, but I can't do that now. 
It seems like the green criteria on Hwahae have become a bit more lenient over time. The same product is listed as containing quaternary ammonium compounds on the Mamgaida ingredient analysis app.
I'm really worried now, as it may contain 1,4-dioxane, a 2B carcinogen that can be present as a byproduct in the synthesis of benzene and ethylene oxide. 
The app says that for these 6 quaternary ammonium compounds, as long as the vendor's raw material documents confirm no residues, then it's safe to use. But I wish the product page would include those documents so I can verify it myself. 
I contacted the company through their chatbot, but they just said there's no problem, without any proof. If these carcinogenic substances aren't guaranteed to be absent, I don't want to keep using this, even though the performance was so good...

The usage feels refreshing and good. The scent is a cool menthol fragrance, and it really cleans well, unlike the surfactants in regular big-brand products.

I used to worry a lot about my hair falling out, but I'm so happy to have this shampoo! I've never seen a shampoo with this much lather before!! It's incredibly soft and the foam is just amazing!!! My hair feels so much softer and I'm losing less hair!

After shampooing, don't rinse your hair right away. Leave it for a little while and then rinse. This allows the dust and waste products in your scalp to be washed out! If you have the time, try lathering the shampoo in your hair and letting it sit for a bit, about once a day.

It's true that being silicone-free, my hair feels a bit stiff and coarse after rinsing. I personally don't like that feeling, even though I know it's not necessarily bad for my hair.
