There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product for me. Since I usually just do a light makeup routine with cushion foundation, I'm not sure how well it would remove heavier makeup.

The formulation is not too heavy, and it cleanses well. Even though I have sensitive and dry skin, it is not irritating. It wipes off gently, which I like.
