I think this is the best value-for-money lip balm I've used so far. (I usually stock up on it when they have a buy-one-get-one-free deal!) The Nivea image may seem a bit outdated, but the product itself has just the right amount of moisture and is easy to use. Among Nivea products, I think this is a reliable and solid choice.
Cons
I've seen some reviews saying it doesn't work well for some people's (lip) skin. For me, it's been fine and I've been using it without any issues. Compared to other outstanding lip balms, it may lack a bit in terms of moisture.

It's moisturizing and soft, not sticky or tacky like some lip balms. It has more of an oily, smooth feel. And it's convenient - just twist the cap and apply, no need to scoop it out with your fingers or a cotton swab like other lip balms.
Cons
The scent... why do I get a cucumber-like aroma? Am I the only one who notices this? If you get close to the lip balm, you can smell the vanilla, but when applied to the lips and you breathe in, there's this fresh yet not-quite-right cucumber note. I don't absolutely hate cucumber, but if you really dislike it, you may want to steer clear of this product... Also, the lip balm is a bit soft - if you press too hard, it can get pushed down and you have to twist it back up.
