Pros
I've been using this eyeliner since I was 20 years old, and I've gone through more than 30 of them. I've tried all the famous products, but the Piaa brush pen is the best!! I'm a cool-toned person, and black is too strong for me, and brown is almost as dark as black. If you're not a cool-toned person, you can buy the brown, thinking it's black. It never smudges, and even after sleeping, it stays the same.. When it comes off, it doesn't smear, but it peels off like a film, so it's clean. I've recommended this product to at least 20 people from college to work, and they're all very satisfied with it. I'm the Piaa Last Brush Pen evangelist, and I'll never let it be discontinued!!
Cons
Is that even possible..? Ah.. The price has doubled compared to a few years ago.. Haha
Tip
If you don't want a really deep black, get the brown!! It's a natural-looking black.

Pros
It feels like I've only written about ten of these. I'm someone who can't go out without eyeliner, but this one really doesn't smudge and is great. Even Kiss Me smudges, but this one doesn't smudge at all, even when I wear it hiking in the summer, and people have asked if I got a tattoo. There's also a black color, but it's too black and unnatural, so even though I'm cool-toned, I use this color. It's also smooth when applying, and a lot of pencil liners can get clumpy, but this one doesn't do that. I like it better than Peripera's Never Die. Please don't ever discontinue this product.
Cons
I'm scared it will be discontinued. But it really does smudge if you don't layer on sunscreen and powder.

Pros
Even though any liner will bleed 100% of the time, this one doesn't bleed at all. It's a brush pen type, so it's easy to draw with. No clumping or bleeding whatsoever. It's relatively inexpensive, so I stock up on it like I do with free shipping.
Cons
There's nothing disappointing about it. I hope it continues to be sold for a long time without being discontinued!!
Tip
It's a stockpile item that I keep one at the office and one at home to use. If it's bleed-proof, buy two. This is a liner with a bold color payoff!

Pros
1. Longevity 8/10 : I have very watery eyes, so I was never satisfied with products that weren't as amazing as my go-to (*Sumi). But excluding that exceptional product, this one didn't smear. However, on the days I used this product, I laughed and had so much fun! When I checked in the mirror, I could see my eyeliner had smudged a bit into clumps of tears. But I just had to swipe it off with my fingernail/cotton swab/tissue, and it went back to normal. 2. After Cleansing 10/10 : Most cleansers take 1-2 uses before they start balling up and wiping off. 3. Brush Fraying 9/10 : Oh no, when there's hardly any left, it starts splitting into one or two strands. 4. Application 10/10 : It applies so smoothly with hardly any tugging. If it feels like it's dragging a bit, just swipe it off with a tissue and it's good to go. 5. Value for Money 10/10 : I stock up and buy 2 or so when they're on sale. The price is unbeatable!
Cons
1. Mucous Membrane Use 0/10 : I didn't use it on my mucous membranes, so it wasn't an issue for me, but it would just wipe off immediately on the mucous membranes!

The eyeliner I used to use wiped off and smeared very easily, but after a friend recommended Pia eyeliner, I can't use any other eyeliner. There's really nothing better than Pia. The amount is generous so it lasts a long time, it doesn't smear, and the staying power is amazing.
Cons
The only downside is that since I use a lot of eye drops due to my contact lenses, the eyeliner wipes off easily with the drops. It doesn't smear, but it peels off like a sticker.

Pros
It's drawn incredibly well, and as long as there's no oil around the eyes, it doesn't smear easily! There's also no bleeding at all, and it looks very natural, so I'm quite satisfied. :-)
Cons
For a waterproof product, it seems to come off a little too easily, in my opinion.
