The milk toner seems to have a genuinely fragrant milk scent. It has adequate moisturizing and good spreadability. Judging from the presence of exfoliating ingredients, it seems suitable for use as a toner pad. The scent may be divisive to some. It does contain exfoliating ingredients, but you can't really feel them. I'm not sure why, but I broke out a bit after using this. Since it's practically the same as the Hwahae 100 Toner, you really need to check carefully before buying. I bought this after watching a recommendation video by YouTube's Director Pi, and it's perfect for my dry skin. The snot-like texture has great absorption and application. I've been using it for about 3 weeks, and I haven't experienced any blemishes. For those with extremely dry skin like mine, water-based toners absorb too quickly and dry out fast, so I highly recommend this snot-textured toner! There are no downsides... absolutely none! This toner is suitable for both hydrating and exfoliating. I use it morning and night as a hydrating toner, and every other day as an exfoliating toner to help remove dead skin cells.
