It's great for exfoliating. The scent is refreshing and it has a water-like texture. It's pretty decent overall. It doesn't seem to cause any blemishes.

I wouldn't recommend this for those looking for deep hydration from just a toner. It has a water-like texture, so you'll only feel a slight refreshing sensation. It's a lightweight product.
