I loved that it's a lightweight cleansing oil that can also double as a cleanser! The pump felt a bit stiff, making it difficult to press down, which was slightly disappointing. - so********Dry SkinSensitive SkinNov 26, 2021
The pump dispenser is convenient. The cleansing effectiveness isn't bad - it's actually quite good for a cleansing foam. It has a scent reminiscent of fever medicine, haha! While using it, I noticed a familiar smell. It turns out it's like a mix of fever medicine and strawberry syrup. It's marketed as an oil-to-foam cleanser, but it's neither the typical texture of a cleansing oil nor does it function like one. It just goes from liquid to foam... I'm not sure what the benefit of this is supposed to be. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 19, 2021
At first, I thought 'oil-to-foam' meant it was a cleansing oil that turns into foam when wet. But actually, it's a cleansing foam with an oil-like texture, similar to how gel-to-foam cleansers have a gel texture. It lathers up well and has good cleansing effectiveness. While it won't remove stubborn mascara like a cleansing oil, it does a great job removing base makeup. It's perfect for days when you're just wearing sunscreen or a brightening moisturizer. I love that it's a vegan product too! If you were expecting a cleansing oil, you might be surprised like I was... - no*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 7, 2021
I was really satisfied with this gentle cleanser's effectiveness. I don't usually wear heavy makeup, so I used to use cleansing water followed by face wash. But this oil-to-foam cleanser alone seems to remove my makeup completely, which I absolutely love. The fragrance is subtle and refreshing, making me feel good every time I wash my face. It seems natural, not artificial, which is comforting. The oil-to-foam formula seems to enhance the cleansing power that can sometimes be lacking in gentle cleansers. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing, making it perfect for sensitive skin like mine. The fine foam lathers up more richly than expected, making it easy to cleanse, and my skin feels soft and smooth afterwards. I also appreciate that it's vegan. At first, I thought it wasn't foaming well, but when I followed the package instructions, it lathered nicely. It takes a couple of uses to get familiar with the method, so you might struggle a bit at the beginning if you don't know how to use it properly. First, massage it as an oil to remove makeup, then add water to create a lather in your hands before applying it to your face. This way, you'll get a rich, foamy lather. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 4, 2021
- The scent isn't overpowering, which I appreciated. There's a subtle, herbal-like fragrance. - When lathering with damp hands, it feels more like a cleansing gel than a foam. As a regular cleansing gel user, I found this pleasant. Those who prefer lots of foam might not enjoy it as much. - The cleansing effectiveness was great! When wearing makeup, I used two pumps for the first cleanse and one pump for the second foam cleanse. When wiping with toner afterwards, there was no residue! - I have combination dehydrated skin and usually break out with oils, but this product left my skin feeling fresh without any blemishes. - After cleansing, my skin feels soft rather than squeaky clean. This is a matter of preference, but for me, it was a plus. The pump is a bit stiff. When you press it, the product shoots out forcefully, so you need to aim carefully.
