I really liked the feel of it. The adhesion is also good, so I'm satisfied. I apply this tone-up cream and then use a very thin layer of concealer or foundation.
ConsThe adhesion is good, but unlike the previous product, the lasting power, while maintained, leaves a slight sense of disappointment.

The adhesion is too good. There's not a single crease, really... The spreadability is like applying a BB cream? It comes up matte and slightly pinkish, which I like. It tones up my skin naturally and beautifully, which I really love! Out of all the tone-up creams I've used, this is my favorite...
ConsThe front part hardens, so when you apply it to the skin, it flakes off... You should always remove that part before using. There's no coverage...

But this product, despite its name, has just the right amount of moisture and dryness, and it brightened my complexion by about half a tone, which I really like! 👍🏻The best part is that it doesn't transfer onto my mask 👍🏻👍🏻
Cons👎🏻After checking the Hwahae app, the ingredients don't seem that great 😭

The pink-toned base doesn't leave a chalky appearance, but rather makes the overall skin tone whiter and brighter! My friends said I look like Snow White haha... The finish is fluffy! Usually these tone-up creams or makeup bases are dewy, so they help the cushion or foundation apply smoothly on top. But this product has a more powdery finish, which works well for a foundation-free makeup look. The application is smooth and soft, but the finish is fluffy, so it feels more like finishing the skin makeup with just this product. I just use this for tone-up and apply concealer in problem areas, and you can't even tell I'm not wearing foundation!! In fact, if I put foundation on top of this, it would feel too heavy! The lasting power is great! Some tone-up creams don't last long and the skin tone goes back to dark quickly, but this one doesn't budge even when I wear a mask - only the nose area gets wiped off, the rest stays the same. Of course, this is with the premise that I set it with powder, but still!
ConsIn short, this is more of a tone-up cream than a makeup base! So it's great to use on days when you want to do light skin makeup, but I think those who absolutely must wear foundation would find that it clings a bit. The makeup doesn't sink in 'seamlessly', but rather the skin has a true 'tone-up velvet' finish, as the name suggests. The skin texture feels silky, so it may be a matter of personal preference. Personally, I really liked it!
TipAfter applying skincare, using this product evens out the overall tone, and then just applying concealer on problem areas and setting with powder makes the makeup last well even with a mask on! Lately I've been doing my makeup this way and haven't felt the need for foundation anymore haha...

This product is a soft-textured tone-up cream, which was perfect for the current situation. The tone-up cream has a pink color and a soft texture, so it helped me achieve a natural and radiant tone-up effect. The initial application felt moisturizing. The finish was velvety soft, just as the name 'Velvet' suggests. It also provided light skincare, making it good to wear without makeup. The pump packaging was hygienic and easy to use. It had good adherence without any transfer or imprinting on the mask, so it was a great product for a makeup-free look.
ConsLike most tone-up creams, this one has no coverage at all. And since it makes you look more radiant the more you apply, you'll need to be careful with the amount you use. The longevity was just so-so, lasting around 9 AM to 3 PM, as far as I could tell. It's just an average performer in terms of lasting power. Dry-skinned folks may experience some emphasis on flakiness, so using a proper skincare base is recommended. Also, with an SPF 30 only, this product can't fully replace your sun protection needs.
TipOne full pump seems to be too much, so using around 2/3 of a pump should be sufficient.
