Here's my review after using it for about 2 weeks: Absorption and texture: Compared to regular water-based toners, this has a bit more hydration and a slightly viscous texture. However, it's not sticky or heavy at all - it absorbs quickly upon application. I did notice a slight slippery feeling when applying. Moisturizing effect: This toner is more hydrating than water-based ones. While water toners give a light moisture boost and refine skin texture, I use this Lab Cle toner when I want to start building hydration from the toner step. It provides enough moisture that I didn't feel the need for an extra hydrating serum - I could go straight to my ampoule or functional serums after this. Overall experience: After consistent use for two weeks, I found this much better than water toners for winter. It gives a more nourishing feel. Being a toner, it doesn't have dramatic effects like some targeted treatments, but it's gentle and non-irritating. I'd recommend it for when you want light hydration starting from the toner step.
ConsThe downside was the scent... It has an artificial cosmetic fragrance that seems to be aiming for an artemisia scent. Those sensitive to fragrances might find this disappointing.

Extremely hydrating, refreshing, and absorbs quickly 3. Keeps dead skin cells at bay and helps makeup adhere well (I usually have flaky skin in winter due to dryness, but this product noticeably improved that issue) 4. Doesn't cause blemishes even on sensitive skin 5. Affordable price and generous amount, making it a great value for money 6. Beautiful packaging Pump dispenser makes it convenient to use, so I find myself reaching for it often
ConsThe product has a slight scent reminiscent of cold medicine, which might be hit or miss depending on personal preference. Other than that, I don't see any particularly divisive aspects
TipFor those with dry skin, I recommend layering it 2-3 times for better absorption

Since I experience deep dryness, I focus more on hydration rather than oil control. I was already satisfied with using the La* Cream Skin, but being able to compare it with this product made the experience even better. The texture was more viscous than I expected, creating a moisturizing barrier on the skin. Despite having super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes. It absorbs well, but due to its viscosity, it doesn't give a cooling sensation. Layering multiple times might feel a bit heavy. I usually prefer peptide ingredients, so I was pleased that this toner could improve my skin barrier and manage elasticity at the same time. I think both dry and combination skin types would be satisfied with this product.
ConsThere's nothing particularly disappointing, except for the scent which I dislike. The artificial fragrance might be polarizing for some users.
TipAlthough it's a toner, I found it more satisfying when used like an essence after applying a basic watery toner.

It absorbs into the skin more deeply, leaving it hydrated, soft, and supple. The large volume means it'll last a while too. While it might be a bit heavy for oily skin types due to its moisturizing properties, it should work well for those with dry skin.
ConsThe scent is... how should I put it... quite artificial. It's an unfamiliar fragrance that doesn't seem to suit a skincare product. While everything else about it is good, the scent might be polarizing. I'm usually not bothered by strong cosmetic fragrances, but this one isn't your typical pleasant skincare aroma - I can't quite place it. If there's one reason someone might not use this product, the scent would probably be it.

Although it has a thin, runny consistency, it doesn't feel sticky at all when applied with hands. After cleansing, layering this product just 3 times was enough to prevent any deep dryness, even without other skincare products.
ConsThere's an artificial mugwort scent? It's like a herbal fragrance. I didn't mind it, but it might be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of scent for others.

It's too heavy for summer. The moisturizing effect is definitely great for winter. It's my first time trying a cream skin product, and I'm impressed.
ConsThe scent is like coconut oil or something similar. Personally, I don't like it...

I'd recommend this to those looking for a more hydrating toner. It felt much more moisturizing than layering a water toner multiple times, which I really appreciated. Hydration: This was my first time trying a cream skin toner after always using water-based ones! I have combination dehydrated skin, and my face usually feels tight after cleansing. Thanks to this cream skin as the first step in my routine, that tightness disappeared. I applied 2-3 layers, and it absorbed completely without any stickiness. This allowed my subsequent skincare products to absorb well without feeling like they were sitting on top of my skin. It seemed to effectively address deep dryness too. Volume: The amount is generous. Despite its creamy texture, I thought I'd use it up quickly, but even after frequent use, it's still surprisingly heavy. I apply 2-3 layers at night and one layer in the morning, and I can use it liberally without worrying about running out. Ingredients: I was initially concerned about the peptide ingredients since they were new to me, but fortunately, I had no adverse reactions. I think even those with super sensitive skin could use this safely.
ConsIf I had to point out a downside, it would be the scent. It has a somewhat artificial fragrance.
TipFor those with combination dehydrated skin, make sure to apply multiple layers!

As I have dry skin (it seems even drier due to the recent change of seasons), I found one application wasn't enough, so I layered it two or three times. Unlike regular toners, it doesn't feel completely watery (it's somewhere between water and essence in texture). I liked that it had no stickiness at all while still feeling hydrating to me personally. - Leaves a fresh finish - The pump dispenser makes it easy to control the amount and is hygienic - Personally, I don't often believe that cosmetics alone can dramatically improve skin, especially in just 2 weeks. So while I can't say it's amazingly good, I can say that I used it for the 2-week trial period without any blemishes. Especially considering it's the season change when skin tends to get dry or act up, I was able to keep my skin from drying out with this product, which suggests it contains good ingredients for the skin. - As it's a pharmaceutical company product with peptide ingredients, which are said to make skin firmer and more dense, I plan to use it consistently. - I like that the packaging is eco-friendly, and the container is sturdy. The pump design keeps it clean and easy to use.
ConsThe scent isn't overpowering, but there's a slight plant and medicinal smell. However, it's not a fragrance I personally enjoy, which is a bit disappointing.
TipExfoliating toners were trendy for a while, but as someone with dry skin, I prefer applying this with my hands rather than using cotton pads. Layering it two or three times with a few minutes between applications after cleansing leads to quick absorption and good results.

Texture: It has a sticky, mucus-like consistency. When applied with a cotton pad, it feels slightly tacky or slippery on the skin. Thanks to its thick texture, I could comfortably use it as an exfoliating toner without any irritation. Experience: With the changing seasons lately, I've been feeling quite dry, but after using this product, just letting it absorb made a lot of the dryness disappear - it's that hydrating. In the mornings when I keep my skincare routine simple due to makeup, I found that applying just this product and an essence kept me from feeling dry all day long.
ConsThe artificial fragrance is quite strong. Those who don't like scented cosmetics might find it off-putting.

No stickiness or greasiness after application, making it perfect for !summer! use with a fresh feel. 📍Absorption: Excellent. No pilling even when layering or applying makeup. 📍Hydration: Decent. Great for those who find water-based toners lacking in moisture. 📍Irritation: None. Didn't cause any tingling even when applied with a cotton pad to cool skin after dermatologist visits. 📍Scent: Subtle, only noticeable if you really focus. You might not even notice it during casual use. As someone who prefers unscented products, I find this fragrance inoffensive. Can't quite place it, but it's a fresh, slightly sweet artificial scent.
ConsThe artificial fragrance, though subtle, might be hit or miss for some people.
TipMix a few drops with your foundation for a thin, beautiful application.
