For those with fair complexions, both shades 13 and 21 are too dark and cause darkening. Unfortunately, I won't be repurchasing.

They say it's the holy grail cushion for moms... I've tried both shades 13 and 21 because of all the rave reviews. First off, it absorbs well and has great coverage. The staying power is impressive too.

There's nothing bad to say about it. It's great value for money. The packaging changes often, but that's a plus.

It's easy to apply. The subtle glow makes your skin look great.

Mixing shades 21 and 22 gives a natural look in photos without making the face appear ghostly (my skin is on the fair side). On days when I want to hide blemishes, I use it with The Saem concealer.

Both the pink and latte bases settle naturally on the skin. Either works well.

If you're looking for flawless skin, the coverage might be a bit lacking, but I'm satisfied with it.

After summer, when sun spots appear and blemishes become noticeable, I use Age Twenty's as a base. For more stubborn dark spots, I dab on some The Saem concealer, which provides decent coverage.

One of the advantages of compacts is their price point. Usually including a refill, they offer competitive value compared to cushion products. The affordable price makes it quite appealing.

Portability:
The compact is on the thicker side. Its bulky shape can make it inconvenient to carry around at times. You might find it cumbersome unless you have a spacious makeup pouch. The slightly dated design is also a minor drawback.

Application:
Uniquely, this compact is best applied by spreading rather than patting, highlighting its confidence in its essence content. Thanks to the rich essence, it fills in pores cleanly and moistly without pilling, even when spread. This is one of its greatest strengths! It also applies in a very thin layer, allowing you to build coverage if needed.

Longevity:
I initially entered the world of compacts with Luna, but was disappointed by its staying power. This product, however, maintains adequate hydration compared to other compacts while setting exceptionally well. It doesn't cause skin to look lifted or darken throughout the day. With proper initial application, it lasts all day, which is excellent.
