  The 21st Complexion Coolton is a bit bright, but it doesn't give the feeling of a floating face when applied! With a pink base, it looks radiant and the color is really to my liking. It has a cooling sensation and applies thinly and moisturly, but the finish is on the matte side. The coverage is better than other famous moisturizing cushions. If you dab it on thinly several times, it can cover to some extent, though not as much as a concealer. And most importantly, it doesn't get cakey around the pores when it wears off, which is great.
