My lashes tend to droop easily, so I usually pair even famous mascaras with a lash primer. When I apply mascara after the primer, it can look a bit thick. However, this one is so light and fluid that it feels like I'm wearing mascara alone. If you prefer a natural look, you'll likely be very satisfied. The brush is thin and the fibers aren't excessive. The eyelash curler that comes with it is also above average in quality. When applying mascara directly to bare lashes without a primer, sometimes a slightly thicker consistency works better than one that's too thin.
