If you have a lot of dryness, applying it once after showering and once before bed seems to improve the moisturizing effect even more.

Children with oily skin (my child is 11 years old and has started going through puberty, so they have some acne) may feel a bit greasy with this. But it's not a major downside.

This is a great moisturizer!
During the winter, my child's cheeks are always red and rough, but if I apply it generously at night, it improves a lot by the next day.
I've also been applying it to the backs of my hands for a week, and it's been great.
