This is the ultimate moisturizing cream that's uniquely suitable for extremely sensitive, atopic skin. When applied, it even helps skin wounds heal faster.

For areas that needed a bit more hydration, applying Dermexane balm in addition to this cream worked well.

For very dry areas or spots with nummular eczema, this cream alone felt a bit insufficient. Also, the fragrance is just okay..

I recently started using this product because my child showed signs of mild atopic dermatitis, and I was advised to apply a good moisturizing cream. My child also had a patch of nummular eczema that would only improve with ointment but worsen as soon as we stopped using it. That's when I came across this product while searching for a moisturizer.

First off, this product has the best absorption of any baby cream I've used so far. Despite being a cream, its texture isn't thick but more like an emulsion. It absorbs well and you can feel the hydration immediately after application! I also loved how it finishes light on the skin without feeling heavy or sticky.

After applying this cream along with Dermexane cream and balm for a few days on the rough and irritated neck area, it quickly improved. The nummular eczema patch also got much better!

Since it's a tube, you have to press down firmly to get the last bits out when it's almost empty.

The product was the most effective in making my baby's extremely dry and rough skin soft. After seeing the results, I recommended it to a friend whose baby had developed eczema, and they said the rash disappeared after using it for a few days!

If the cream alone is not enough, using it at night makes the skin even more moisturized.

I'm satisfied with the product and have been using it, so I couldn't find any particular downsides.
