Even a small amount has amazing moisturizing power, so I highly recommend it as a moisturizing cream for seasonal changes. When I applied it to my cracked areas, my skin returned to normal in just half a day. As soon as I apply it to my skin, I can feel it thoroughly coating and filling my skin with moisture. You don't need to layer it, this alone is enough.
