Skin type: Combination dehydrated, sensitive, with whiteheads (excess sebum), enlarged pores, and freckles I'm not sure if it's because of this product, but since I started using it, many people have commented that my skin texture has improved significantly! My makeup doesn't cake anymore, and my skin feels firmer and more supple. The amount is pretty good, better than I expected. However, I'm not sure about its brightening effects. My skincare routine: Cleansing - Exfoliating toner - Dr. Pepti Essence - Occasionally, I'll add Isoi Emergency Spot Treatment during my menstrual cycle or when needed. The most crucial step is the essence application. Apply it generously, and if it starts to foam, pat it in again for better absorption. At this point, your skin might feel slippery and look a bit shiny. I use Daiso mugwort oil blotting papers to do a quick 2-minute mask to absorb excess oil. This works like a charm! However, if you have dry skin, skip this step! This gives incredible hydration to dry skin! Even after applying toner, serum, essence, and a rich cream, my face used to feel parched the next day. But with this alone, my skin feels great until the following day. After finishing a whole bottle, I think I might have built up a bit of tolerance... Still, this is a game-changer for me. I love how it bubbles up, allowing me to apply it thoroughly even to areas I might have missed. I always forget to take photos when writing reviews, but thankfully other reviewers have shared plenty of pictures. After using up a whole bottle, it's frustratingly ambiguous whether it's truly empty or if there's a way to use what's left. Given the price, I'm reluctant to throw it away and I'm pondering how to cut it open to use every last drop. For the best bubbly experience, don't apply any other toners or serums. I love how it's not sticky at all and gives my skin a beautiful glow! There's really nothing to complain about! It suits me so well, I'll definitely keep using it for a while.

But it was so drying that I decided to repurchase this. The original version left my skin looking like an oil slick, but version 3 absorbs quickly, which I'm much happier with! The scent is pleasant and not overpowering. It makes my face feel firm and bouncy. It tightens pores and seems to slightly smooth out wrinkles. Makeup applies well over it. I have allergic dermatitis on one eyelid, and usually gentle cosmetics don't irritate it. However, this product caused me trouble for months. The ingredients don't seem to agree with my skin. First off, it's really fascinating and unique how bubbles form when you apply it. The texture feels quite firm and elastic, which seems great for skin elasticity! As someone with dry skin, I find the moisturizing power to be quite lacking. After application, my skin feels so dry that I definitely need to use other products alongside it.
