I've been using this for over 5 years. My cystic acne was so severe that I couldn't even wear white t-shirts, but now I can wear tank tops. My cystic acne was really bad, and it disappeared from my back and chest, leaving only scars. I give it my highest recommendation. Of course, I also paid attention to other things like body brushes and soap, but the body mist also helped a lot.

You must never shake it. The spray doesn't work. If you spray it on your chest and back, you end up shaking the bottle back and forth, and the spray doesn't work well. You have to use it as carefully as possible and avoid shaking it too much.
