  Great for sensitive skin and really helps to soothe! I also found it convenient that it comes with cotton swabs for extraction.

  Pros

  For best results, I recommend warming up the area with a hot compress for 5-10 minutes before application. Just pat the skin dry and apply - don't expect it to magically remove blackheads on its own though!

  Cons

  Unfortunately, this nose strip doesn't adhere well and its absorption power is disappointing. The plastic cotton swab it comes with isn't great either, so I ended up using a regular wooden one instead.

  This is a whiteheads exterminator! I was skeptical about how much sebum would come out in step 1, but after using the included cotton swab, I was shocked. More whiteheads were extracted than I expected! Then, after applying the step 3 nose pack, the bumpy feeling on my nose completely disappeared, and my skin texture dramatically improved. I don't typically have blackheads, but whiteheads tend to appear periodically, so I'll likely purchase this regularly.

  The step 1 pack doesn't adhere well to the nose, so first-time users might find themselves fumbling a bit.

  Pros

  The melting nose pack is less irritating to the nose, which is great! Surprisingly, when you see white sebum, gently rubbing it several times with the included cotton swab makes it disappear! It's amazing. Even if it doesn't stick to the cotton swab much, you can see it vanishing from your nose, which is reassuring!

  Cons

  The adhesion could be a bit better. Of course, it won't stick as well as adhesive nose packs, but it wasn't bad overall!

  Tip

  I recommend using this after thoroughly cleansing with lukewarm water and letting your face soak up some moisture first.

  Pros

  Attention to those who've tried everything - nose strips, cleansing oils, Vaseline - with no results! This product is absolutely fantastic. The first step pack has a silicone-like texture, smooth as konjac jelly. After leaving it on for about 15 minutes and peeling it off, you'll be amazed to see how swollen the sebum and blackheads have become! I was genuinely surprised, as I didn't expect much. Then, use the included extraction swab to squeeze out larger sebaceous filaments and wipe away the smaller ones or those that are almost out. Your skin becomes incredibly clean with sebum thoroughly removed. Follow up with the second step pack to close those open pores, and voila - baby-soft skin! I highly recommend this. The photo shows my nose after completing both steps.

  Cons

  The price is a bit steep. Also, the first step silicone-like pack doesn't adhere very strongly, so I recommend minimizing movement while it's on.

  Tip

  When using the first step, lie down (but don't fall asleep!) and browse your phone - time will fly by.

  I've always been prone to whiteheads and blackheads on my nose, so I used to use nose packs frequently. However, they weren't always as effective as I'd hoped, and the peel-off style could be quite harsh. Recently, I've just been using cleansing oil for maintenance. Then I discovered this non-peel nose pack that's supposed to be gentler on the skin! I applied to be a Hwahae Tester and was lucky enough to try it out. It's not irritating at all! I rubbed it quite vigorously to take photos, which made my skin a bit red, but if you apply it gently in your normal routine, you won't experience any irritation. (Also, the photo was taken before using Step 2, which helps soothe the skin.) The results are better than I expected! If you look at the photo I attached, you can see lots of little holes on my nose. That shows how many whiteheads and blackheads were removed. Just a bit of soothing and pore care afterwards, and your nose skin concerns are sorted! It does everything from removing sebum to soothing in one go. Since it's a two-step product that includes a soothing step, you don't need to look for other products. It's an all-in-one solution for nose care, which is super convenient!

  Cons

  Applying Step 1 was trickier than I expected. There are cut lines only around the nose tip, but not where it splits towards the sides of the nose... so it's a bit difficult to apply. It's not easy to keep in place either! It's not exactly budget-friendly. It's 17,000 won for 5 uses, which works out to about 3,400 won per use. So it's not great value for money. However, since it's effective, it might be worth trying for those who've been really struggling with nose skin issues! The cotton swab is a bit disappointing. One end is designed as an extractor, you know? Before using it, I thought it would be useful, but it seems to just irritate the skin without effectively extracting anything. The regular cotton swab end worked better.

  Tip

  It might be nice to store Step 2 in the fridge and use it cool! Better to use the cotton swab end rather than the extractor part!

Before diving into the review, let me share a bit about my nose situation (feel free to skip this part). I didn't used to have severe blackheads, but due to laziness in skincare, I suddenly found my nose covered in dark, strawberry seed-like spots. It was quite noticeable and I was at a loss for what to do. I tried pore strips, but they weren't very effective and actually irritated the skin around my nose, enlarging the pores (seriously, avoid harsh nose packs!). So I switched to using cleansing oil, which was somewhat effective for blackhead removal, but required weekly maintenance. I even resorted to manual extraction after cleansing... Then, thanks to Hwahae, I got the chance to try this product. Let me say upfront: I highly recommend it! I loved it! (I tried it with a friend too, so I'll include their experience as well.) 🐳 Each pack has removable sections, making application easy. There are about 3 pieces per pack. You remove the bottom part first, apply the pack to your nose, then remove the top part. This design prevents the solution from getting on your hands during application. 🐳 Great adhesion and perfect thickness. The texture reminded me of seaweed (just my impression), but it adhered well to the nose. Unlike thinner masks that can dry out or fall off, this one stayed put and kept its moisture even after 15 minutes. Also, unlike some nose packs that dry uncomfortably and feel irritating, this one didn't give that sensation at all. 🐳 Impressive results after just one use! (Visual effects) I was skeptical at first since there was no warming sensation, but after removing the first pack, I could visually see the blackheads that had been drawn out! It was surprising to see just how many there were! 🐳 The second pack is firming and hydrating. It's packed with essence. After removing blackheads, this pack gave a tightening effect. I even applied the excess essence to my face, which left it feeling firm and moisturized without any dryness. 🐳 I was very satisfied with the condition of my nose after using the pack. Many blackheads were removed, and my pores felt tightened after the second pack - all without any irritation.

  Cons

  🐡 The adhesion could be slightly better. While it stuck well to my larger nose, my friend with a smaller nose found it slipped a bit. However, they still saw good results. 🐡 It didn't remove blackheads from the sides of the nose. While the pack adhered well overall, it didn't seem to work as effectively on the sides of the nose. 🐡 The cotton swabs were a bit disappointing. The dual-ended swabs (one end for cotton, one for extraction) are a nice idea, but I found them a bit slippery and hard to use effectively. I ended up using my own cotton swabs. The extraction end felt potentially irritating, so I avoided using it. 🐡 The effects didn't last very long... (consistent care is key) While the results were great on the day of use, they didn't persist for long. Still, the immediate effects were very satisfying! 🐡 The price... I loved it so much that I kept looking it up while using it! But it's a bit pricey for only 5 packs. Still, given the effectiveness, I plan to use it occasionally.
