It's not a subtle blue, but a vibrant blue that was popular in the early 2000s, which I love. It's not discontinued and you can find it on Coupang by searching for 'Caracosa' for about $5 including shipping. If you're curious, I recommend shade 3! The powder fallout is pretty bad... The particles aren't very fine, so it feels even worse.
