Natural coverage that's perfect for me! It goes on smoothly and feels moisturizing, which is ideal for my skin with dead skin cells. Unlike other BB creams that emphasize flaky skin, this one is much better, so I use it daily. The Light Beige shade is perfect for those who typically use cushion foundation in shade 21. I usually wear this for everyday looks, and when I need more coverage, I layer a higher-coverage cushion on top of this BB cream.

Pros
The product adheres well to my skin and feels comfortable, and the tone-up effect looks very natural, just like my own skin. I often use it for a casual, natural look! (Foundation-free is okay) My skin is sensitive, but I haven't had any breakouts or major issues so far. When applying with my hands, I dab it lightly around the under-eye area and sides of the nose using a sponge, and it applies beautifully. It's especially thin in coverage, but it has a bit more coverage than other base products (Blackheads, pores covered ⭕️ but redness around the nose and acne redness not covered ❌), which I like.
Cons
The exaggeration of dry patches was quite shocking when I first applied it... Exfoliating before use seems essential. Also, the redness around my nose isn't covered at all, so I have to apply a separate cushion lightly on top.

The smooth application and lightweight coverage were great. While not perfect, it provided a decent amount of coverage.

In my opinion, there wasn't really anything disappointing. If I had to pick something, it would be the slightly lacking longevity and some transfer to the mask. But asking for that would mean it's better to just use foundation.

Pros
I generally dislike foundations that are too thick or sticky. This foundation applies thinly and evenly on the skin with moderate coverage. I also like the SPF factor. Personally, I find it not too heavy, but the coverage is not extremely strong either. As you can see in the photo, it helps even out the skin tone and covers minor blemishes. It applies smoothly and lightly, making it good for everyday use :)

Wow, in this mask-wearing era, Banila Co's product seems to be the perfect choice, but they don't seem to be promoting it much..? I found out about it late and bought it from Olive Young to try, and it's a perfect match for my oily skin in the summer! It doesn't get as easily absorbed into the mask, and I can use it instead of sunscreen, plus it has decent coverage, and the color is so pretty - it's perfect for a makeup-free look. For my oily skin, it's a bit matte, but not in a drying way - the application is quite smooth, and it just seamlessly blends into the skin. Since it's lighter than foundation, it seems to get absorbed into the mask less. Of course, if you talk a lot while wearing the mask or wear it all day, it will still get a bit transferred, but definitely less than foundation. Anyway, in the summer, you need to wear sunscreen, but you also want to cover up blemishes without feeling heavy - this is a great recommendation for those who don't like thick formulas!

In the fall and winter, it might feel a bit drying for those with dry skin.

I usually spend about 2 hours doing my makeup when I go out, and I spend an hour of that just applying the base. Hehe... I consider the base to be extremely important. ✨The criteria I use when looking at foundations are: 1) Coverage: My skin has a lot of scars (more discoloration than redness), so I absolutely need perfect coverage. 2) Skin Expression: Greedily, I want the coverage to be good while also applying thinly (because I end up layering it 2-3 times anyway). 3) Shade: If the shade doesn't match, I won't even consider it, and it won't look pretty overall (a serious matter, said sincerely). 4) Adherence, Longevity ✨The introduction was too long, but this Vanillakko foundation: 1) Application: It's amazing - it applies and spreads so well, making the process enjoyable. 2) Moisturizing: As amazing as the application is, it's also incredibly moisturizing. But it's not overwhelmingly moisturizing - just the right amount of a hydrating, not oily, feel for my oily skin. 💧💧 It would be especially great for dry skin types. 3) Skin Expression: It really does apply so thinly, which is a huge plus. 4) Shade: The shade has a pinkish tone, but it worked well for me even though I'm a warm-toned 21.
