I was looking for an easy-to-apply anti-aging product for my morning routine and decided to give this a try. I prefer anti-aging products with some hydration since they're usually applied as the first step or right after toner. However, this one turned out to be extremely drying.

It spreads smoothly at first, feeling moist, but quickly dries to a powdery finish. Even when I layered a hydrating ampoule on top, my skin felt drier than when I use the ampoule alone. The surface became so parched that I developed red blemishes from dehydration, forcing me to stop using it.

The fragrance is quite strong. While it's not necessarily unpleasant, those with super sensitive skin might want to steer clear.

As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I love that just one application keeps my skin from feeling dry. It's not overly rich, making it perfect for daily use.

When first using this product, always start with a small amount! Gradually increase the quantity as you go.

After applying it a few times on my forehead, I noticed some blemishes starting to appear. Now I'm only applying it once at a time.

The twist-open, twist-close design makes this product hygienic. There's a slight signature Avène scent, reminiscent of thermal spring water, but it's not bothersome. The texture is as shown in the photo, and it absorbs well with good application. The absorption rate isn't bad either.

When used with Avène Recovery Cream, it really improves skin texture and makes it look better.

The downside is that it's a bit pricey and the quantity is on the smaller side, but when it comes to my skin, I don't mind the cost.

I love it! I'm on my second bottle and I can see my skin texture improving and looking clearer. The pump dispenser is hygienic and allows for easy control of the amount used!

In winter, using this serum alone before cream might leave your skin feeling a bit dry.

It's wonderfully gentle and finishes with a fresh feel, without any stickiness.

So far, I haven't found anything negative. I'll update my review after using it for a longer period.

I was drawn to this product because it contains antioxidants like Vitamins C and E, and I'm quite satisfied overall. Sometimes products with great ingredients can end up unused if they don't feel good on the skin, but this one is different. It's not sticky and has a light, water-like serum texture that doesn't feel heavy on the face. It keeps my skin adequately hydrated without causing any blemishes. I also appreciate the lockable pump, which is a nice feature.
