You can apply it all over your face. I chose it because the price is very pretty and the reviews are good. I've been using it often so far. The texture is just right, not too sticky or greasy, and it applies smoothly without leaving a residue. The packaging is clearly carrot-themed, so there's no confusion.
Cons
Rather than dramatically losing the black color, it feels more like it's caring for the skin. And sometimes I get pimples. Since I've used this product a lot because it's convenient, the pimples might be due to 1. dryness or 2. it not suiting my skin.

I highly recommend this to all you intellectual folks out there ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I've always found creams to be heavy and oily over time, but this is truly... so refreshing! And after using this, a lot of my acne discoloration has faded!!! The large size is so great, I strongly recommend it!!! I'll definitely repurchase when it's on sale!!!

I didn't see any effects from the soothing aspect! And it's a bit pricey ㅠㅠㅜ Oh, and one of the downsides mentioned the fragrance, right? I'm quite sensitive to scents, but this one didn't have much of a smell at all!
