1. Packaging: The product comes in a white container with capsules. You're supposed to mix the serum with the capsule contents before applying to your face, but I found it a bit inconvenient to apply this way.

Interestingly though, after more time passed, the stickiness disappeared. It reminded me of using poster paint as a kid - sticky in the middle, then drying to a hard finish.
