The reviews on Naver Market were also pretty positive, so I trusted it.
ConsAfter using this, I developed itchy, rough patches on my neck that looked like atopic dermatitis? It spread widely and I really suffered. I stopped using it and tried again just to be sure, and it was definitely because of this product. I thought since it's niacinamide in powder form diluted to 20% in an ampoule, it would be effective, right? But when you apply this, it's like your skin becomes a cracked desert on a dry winter day - it's incredibly tight. Even if you layer a rich cream on top, this ampoule strips away all the oil from your skin, so you can't absorb any nourishment. Your whole face feels like it's shriveling up, which is really worrying for wrinkles. It should leave some moisture, but with this there's zero hydration. Your skin becomes as dry as kindling. If you mix it to use on your body, be prepared for bumpy, atopic blemishes. Logically, if it absorbs all the oil even from an oily face and makes it dry, wouldn't it make your body age rapidly if you applied it there? People who say it's effective for brightening should look at their skin after washing, not right after application. If you apply more than 2 pumps, you'll see - that whitening effect is just the niacinamide powder sitting on your skin surface, making it look pale. It washes off and your skin goes back to normal. The powder doesn't absorb into your skin, it just sits there like face powder, making your skin look pale and seemingly hiding pores, but it's all the same after washing. Fundamentally, your skin needs to be moisturized, but with this, it's so tight that you'll get wrinkles just from talking. Even using a dewy cushion like Jung Saem Mool's Skin Nuder, if you use this serum and then moisturizer, your face still cracks and looks matte. My routine was cleansing, then slapping on hydrating pads, then mixing 1 drop of this serum with 1 drop of vitamin ampoule, followed by Centellian cream. If my face is still dry even with Centellian cream making it super oily, how are we supposed to use this?
TipMaybe it could be used in summer when skin gets oily, but it's unusable in other seasons. Skincare should be made to keep skin healthy like proper cosmetics should. What's the point of just cramming in niacinamide and selling it like this? I was looking for this as an alternative to vitamin C for brightening, but even if it's more expensive, it's better to use proper vitamin C. It's been a while since I've come across such a subpar product.

While the change wasn't dramatic, it felt like it restored my dull skin back to life.
ConsI didn't notice much at first, but after a week, the redness became severe. My entire face - cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin - turned red. I developed itching and an intense burning sensation. When I looked up potential side effects, everything matched. I think I'll have to give up on brightening and focus solely on hydration.

I tried it because people said it was great, but it doesn't seem to suit my skin.
ConsIt was fine at first, but after about two weeks, my face started to feel a tingling sensation.

My face used to be super dull, but after using this for just two days, it's become so radiant...!!!!!! I applied one or two pumps morning and evening, and my skin looks as fresh and glowing as if I'd just washed it!! I heard it works even better with retinol, so I'm excited to try that! I'm going to buy some retinol and use them together!! I was a bit worried because of the high concentration, but since niacinamide is in many other products like creams, it seems to be fine even with the higher percentage! I've been using it with a hydrating serum, so I'm not sure if it's just this product, but I've noticed less deep dryness!
ConsWhen I apply two pumps, my face feels a bit itchy.... Just use one pump.... There's no visible reaction, but my cheekbones feel itchy.. The cap is a bit inconvenient...
TipIt seems less irritating if you apply a mild hydrating serum before using this serum!

ConsIt doesn't seem to suit those with sensitive skin or people like me who have redness issues. I experience slight itching or tingling, so I'm using it every other day for now. It's not severe, so I'll see if my skin adapts, but if it doesn't, I'll have to toss it unfortunately. I think it might be because of the high concentration.

Very affordable, especially on Coupang...
ConsI experienced all the side effects of this product on my skin... Darn, I only realized after finishing the whole thing. Redness, tingling, itching - it all happened, and I thought I was going crazy. I didn't know it was because of this product; I just thought my skin was changing with age. Really, darn... No matter how good the features are, what's the point if the side effects are this intense?
TipPlease use only a tiny amount... It might reduce the side effects a bit.

It's affordable and has a high concentration of active ingredients. The texture is like a thin serum, which absorbs quickly and seems to help with skin hydration.
ConsIt can cause itching or tingling if it comes into contact with pores or areas where I've extracted blemishes.
TipThe concentration is much higher than in other products I've tried. A little goes a long way, so you should be able to see results even with minimal use.

From day 2, I increased to two pumps with moisturizer. From day 4, I applied two pumps followed by retinal and tranexamic acid cream. When used with creams, there was no white residue at all. - Advantages While it's hard to tell about my complexion after just a week, the improvement in skin texture was definitely noticeable. The synergy effect on skin texture was especially remarkable when used with retinal and tranexamic acid cream. Though I didn't notice a big difference in the mirror, when I touched my skin, it felt beyond smooth - it was silky soft.
Cons- Tingling Sensation Despite gradually increasing usage to build tolerance, I still feel skin irritation immediately upon application. On the first day, the stinging surprised me, but now it's somewhere between a tingle and an itch. However, my skin hasn't had any adverse reactions, and the texture improvement kept me using it consistently. It stings particularly when it touches blemishes, so I avoided those areas. It's probably best to skip using it on days when you have many blemishes.
TipStart with a small amount and gradually increase the quantity. I recommend avoiding blemishes when applying. (If it doesn't suit you, stop using immediately!) If you're already accustomed to retinal or vitamin C, try using them together for incredibly smooth skin texture!
