I trusted it because the reviews on the Naver Market were good.
ConsI used this and got bumpy, eczema-like irritation on my neck. It was itchy and rough, and it spread widely, causing me a lot of trouble. Just in case, I stopped using it and tried it again, and it seems to be because of this. The niacinamide is in powder form, and I diluted it 20% in an ampoule, so I thought the effect would be good. But when I applied it, my skin became as dry as the Sahara desert on a dry winter day, and it was painfully tight. Even if I applied a moisturizing cream on top, this ampoule completely strips the oil from my skin, so I couldn't get any nourishment. My whole face felt like it was shrinking and pulling, so I'm worried about wrinkles. It's supposed to keep my skin moisturized, but with this, there's not even a hint of moisture. It's as dry as a piece of firewood. If I apply it to my body, I'll have to deal with eczema-like bumps. And just logically, if it sucks all the oil from an already oily face, applying it to my body would probably make me age faster, right? Those who say it has a whitening effect - that's not when you apply it, but the state of your face after washing it off. If you apply more than 2 pumps, you'll see what I mean. That whitening effect happens because the niacinamide powder makes the surface of the face look powdery and pale. But it washes off, and your original skin tone returns. It looks like you've powdered your face, but the pores disappear, which is just an illusion. Once you wash it off, it's the same as before. Fundamentally, your skin needs to stay moisturized, but this makes it so tight that even talking gives me grandma wrinkles. I used this with a cushion foundation that's supposed to be dewy, and a moisturizing cream, but my face still ended up cracked and matte. My routine is: cleanse, use a toner-soaked pad, then a serum with 1 drop of this + 1 drop of a vitamin ampoule, followed by a Centellian cream. But even the Centellian cream, which usually leaves my face glowy and well-oiled, couldn't prevent my skin from drying out. So how am I supposed to use this?
TipIn the summer, it may be usable when the skin gets oily. It can't be used in the remaining seasons. Cosmetics should be made to keep the skin healthy like cosmetics. What's the point of just throwing in niacinamide and making it like this? I looked for vitamin C instead of whitening, but it's better to use proper vitamin C even if it's more expensive. This kind of shoddy product is really rare these days.

It does not change dramatically, but rather restores the dull skin to its original state.
ConsAt first, I didn't know much, but after more than a week, the flushing became too severe, and my entire face, including my cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin, turned bright red. I also experienced itchiness and intense heat, and when I searched for side effects, everything matched up. I've given up on whitening and will focus solely on moisturizing.

I tried using it because they said it was good, but it doesn't seem to suit my skin.
ConsIt was fine at first, but after about 2 weeks, my face started to feel irritated.

My face was originally very dull and sallow, but after using it for just two days, it became so radiant....!!!!!! Just applying one or two pumps in the morning and evening made my skin look as fresh as if I had just washed it!! They say it's even better to use it together with retinol, and I'm excited about that! I'll go ahead and buy some retinol to use it together!! And while I was worried about the high concentration, it seems like niacinamide is actually quite common in regular creams and other products, so even with the high content, it doesn't seem to be much of an issue! I'm not sure if it's the effect of this product or the hydrating ampoule I used it with, but my skin feels less tight.
ConsApplying two pumps makes my face feel a bit itchy.... Just use one pump at a time.... It's not breaking out or anything, but both of my cheeks feel itchy.. The cap is a bit inconvenient...
TipIf you apply a regular hydrating ampoule first and then use this ampoule, it seems to be less irritating!

ConsFor people with sensitive skin or like me who have redness, it doesn't seem to work quite right. It's a bit itchy or a bit stinging, so I'm using it every other day for now, but it's not too severe, so I'll see if my skin gets used to it. If it doesn't work, I'll have to throw it away. It seems like it's too high of a concentration.

ConsAll the side effects that I experienced happened to my skin with this product... Ugh, I only realized it after using it all up. Redness, stinging, and itchiness all occurred, and I thought I was just aging, not realizing it was because of this. Gosh, it's really frustrating... No matter how good the functionality is, if the side effects are this severe, what's the point?
TipReally, just use a little bit... Then the side effects might be a bit less.

The price is affordable, and the concentration is high, which I like. The watery ampoule-like texture absorbs quickly, and it seems to help with skin hydration.
ConsIt can feel itchy or stinging when it touches enlarged pores or extracted areas.
TipThe concentration is much higher than other products. I think you only need to use a small amount to see the effects.

From the second day, I used it 2 pumps with a moisturizer. From the 4th day, I used 2 pumps and then applied retinol and tranexamic acid cream. There was never any white powder residue left after applying it with the cream. - Advantages After using it for just 1 week, I'm not sure about the skin tone improvement, but the skin texture improvement was evident. Especially when used with retinol and tranexamic acid cream, the synergistic effect on the skin texture was tremendous. While I couldn't see a big difference in the mirror, I could feel my skin becoming incredibly smooth and soft to the touch.
Cons- Stinging To get used to it, I gradually increased the intensity, but I still feel skin irritation as soon as I apply it. On the first day, I was surprised by the stinging sensation right after applying it, but now it's somewhere between stinging and itching. However, there is no peeling of the skin, and since there is an improvement in skin texture, I have been using it consistently. Especially when it touched the pimples, the stinging was too much, so I avoided those areas. On days when I have a lot of pimples, it's probably better not to use it.
TipDon't apply too much from the beginning. Increase the amount gradually as you use it. And I recommend avoiding the pimples when applying it. (Those who don't tolerate it well should stop using it immediately!) If you're already used to retinol and vitamin C, you can try using them together to achieve a smooth, glowing skin texture!
