It does not have a drying effect (although it may feel a bit warmer when first applied, I did not experience dryness) and the green-tinted formula provides color-correcting properties, helping to slightly brighten the skin tone and cover redness. The cushion is extremely large. It seems like there is a generous amount of product. When applied, there is a slight cooling sensation. It doesn't last, but it feels refreshing when first applied. There is some white cast, so it would work well for solo use. The appearance is clean and pretty.
Cons
