After using it for about 6 months, I wrote a revised review. At first, I thought it was good that the makeup didn't smear much.

When a sebum layer forms on the skin, it definitely creates a plump and supple feeling. In the winter, no matter what you apply, the moisture quickly evaporates. However, if you use a toner to densely recharge the skin with moisture and then apply a moisturizing cream like Jeong Saem Mool Water Cream to create a protective oil layer over the moisture, it works well.
Cons
I have combination skin, and it seems like I can only use it in the winter because of the oil that comes up (when I first bought it, it was in the fall). If you do want to use it, you can just squeeze out a tiny bit with one pump and use it. If you pump it several times and apply it like toner, it will definitely not work.

Even when I just pump it out and use it, it's too oily to be considered a 'water glow'.. I have to wipe it off with tissues before applying my base makeup. Oily-skinned people should keep this in mind when purchasing!

When using the cushion, there is a slight lifting feeling, but when you use the Mul cream, it adheres to the face with a snap! You can create a radiant, glossy skin and the staying power also increases. After using this, you don't need to do touch-up makeup when going out. A little goes a long way.

The makeup definitely doesn't come off as much as it did before! As I have dry skin, even after layering toners and applying essence and cream, it was so stressful when the foundation would just peel off. But now it's better.
Cons
However, it still doesn't completely prevent it from coming off... It could be because I had very high expectations, or because I wasn't able to properly address the dehydration. Plus, it felt a bit more greasy than the dewy, glowing look I was going for. I'll need to find the right amount that works best for me.
