The coverage is on the higher side, I'd say medium to full. Usually, shade 21 is a bit too light for me, and 23 is too dark, so I use somewhere between 21 and 22. This one seems to be around shade 22, which is perfect for me. It does a good job of covering blemishes, but there was a bit of darkening over time. Since it provides good coverage, it can feel a bit thick when applied, but it's not to the point where it's overly noticeable or bothersome. This foundation seems to offer a good balance between coverage and shade match for those who find themselves between typical Korean foundation shades.
