This is my holy grail cushion! I have redness issues, but this provides light yet effective coverage. Other cushions tend to look cakey on me, but Jung Saem Mool's formula suits my skin perfectly. The base color doesn't quite match my skin tone. However, it has so many other advantages compared to other cushions that I'll likely continue using it. I tried this after it was recommended to me. You should give it a go with the Filly Mily puff! It works wonderfully. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 1, 2025
I bought this after seeing it on social media, and it's been pretty good for me. It did darken a bit on my skin, and the coverage was medium to high, which I found satisfactory. I usually use shade 19, and the tone of this one wasn't bad at all. As someone with sensitive combination skin, it worked well for me. When it's on sale, the price is quite reasonable, which is a plus. I think I might repurchase it! My friends who use this seem to like it too. Overall, it's a good product. When you apply it, it tends to leave some marks. It feels like the adherence to the skin isn't quite there. However, after a little while, the marks aren't really noticeable anymore. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 28, 2025
It covers blemishes and redness incredibly well, doesn't cake up, and has amazing staying power! The shades tend to run dark, so you should choose one lighter than your usual complexion! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 20, 2025
I would like to give it 4.5 points, but since that's not possible, I'll give it 4 points. It seems to be similar to a low-saturation, pale yellow-beige shade around No. 17. The formula is easy to apply in a hurried manner, which is an advantage. It has relatively high coverage and covers pores well. There is no darkening, so the difference between when it's first applied and when I get home is not significant. There is a slight glow, and it makes the skin look healthy. You have a fluffy face, but the fluff is quite pronounced. Be careful not to apply or reapply too much, as it can clump up. Your complexion appears somewhat pale rather than radiant. It wipes off with physical contact. I should probably see how it fares when you sweat in the summer. Apply a thin layer of the product evenly across your entire face. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinMay 17, 2025
Dry skin. Unremarkable. Seems popular due to its unremarkable nature. Moderately moisturizing. Moderate coverage. Slightly darker shade. Does not crumble too badly. The color is so-so. It's unclear whether it's moisturizing enough for extremely dry skin. It doesn't feel good on the hands. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 12, 2025
I'm on my second bottle and it's become a staple in my routine! For someone who usually wears shade 17, this gives a perfect clear ivory tone? The color really does its part. I have extremely thin skin, and at some point, I realized I couldn't handle high-coverage or very matte products anymore. So this is perfect for me now! It provides coverage without feeling heavy, applies thinly, and creates a beautiful skin finish. Highly recommended for those with very thin skin and lots of texture! It's a shame Olive Young doesn't sell refills separately... Another downside is the significant difference in brightness between Fair and Fair Light. It might be tricky for those with medium skin tones to find the right shade! It's not an overly glossy product, so I apply it in the morning like a hydrating moisturizer. I put it on like a mask, dry my hair, and then I'm good to go! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinMay 12, 2025
I've been using it for a few days and I love how well it adheres to my skin. Even when it fades, it does so beautifully, leaving a nice glow. It applies thinly but provides good coverage. I think I've found my go-to cushion foundation! The color is a bit disappointing, as it tends to have a yellowish undertone. However, I personally prefer yellow-based foundations over pink ones, so it worked out fine for me. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 12, 2025
When first applied, it feels moisturizing and the coverage isn't bad. It's a solid, all-around good product! I bought the lightest shade, but it's still too dark and has a strong yellow undertone, which is disappointing. It would be great if they could release a cushion with a fair pink undertone instead of an orange one for those with lighter complexions! For a brighter look, try applying a pink-toned brightening moisturizer before using the cushion foundation. It helps maintain a lighter complexion! - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 6, 2025
The color is absolutely gorgeous - the ivory shade is just perfect! It's wonderfully hydrating, but in a light, non-greasy way that doesn't feel heavy on the skin. You can apply it without any worries. It goes on incredibly thin, and even when it fades, it does so beautifully. Without powder, it breaks down in such a natural, pretty way that you don't even need touch-ups. While many moisturizing products lack coverage and require thick application, this one provides decent coverage even with a thin layer. It won't cover blemishes, but it can handle light sun spots! I usually finish my look with just this, no concealer needed. The color is a bit light. The ivory tone is absolutely stunning, but it's too bright for shade 21. I only apply it to the center of my face, but the color is so beautiful that I can't give up on this fair shade. It's called a 'skin palette' - try swatching it on the lid first before use. Controlling the amount is absolutely crucial. You'll get the best results if you're mindful of how much you apply. If you just slap it on, you'll ruin this beautiful cushion that's meant to go on thinly. For those who thought Jung Saem Mool products were thick and not hydrating - please, try again with careful application! - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 1, 2025
The Fair shade is lighter than Light 21. I use Light 21, and this is brighter. In the evening, it looks closer to Light 21. I'd recommend Fair for those who prefer a radiant look and usually use 21 or lighter. It makes your skin look great, and among the moisturizing cushions, it offers good coverage. It adheres well to the skin, so I can see why it's so popular! After reading almost all the reviews, I heard it tends to darken, so I bought one shade lighter. I'm completely satisfied and recommend going a shade up. It gives a glowy finish, so powder will be essential in summer. Everyone said controlling the amount is crucial, which worried me, but I found you can just apply it like any regular cushion!
