  I tried the powder-type eye primer for the first time and it's really convenient! I have 21 shade skin, and since this primer has a slightly beige color, I used it as a primer+base function. There's not much powder scattering, and the application is very smooth. It also controls oil well, so I use this product to lightly sweep over my eyebrows before drawing them.   This can be used as a base color before applying eyeshadow with vibrant tones. It's 100% vegan, so it can be used safely and gently on the sensitive eye area, which is great!
