I used to use Estée Lauder foundation, but it became too drying in winter, so I was drawn to this product's promise of hydration. I'm not an expert on undertones, but I love makeup that makes me look radiant. This cushion gives me just the right amount of beautiful, luminous glow. It's not an over-the-top dewy look, but a subtle radiance that makes my skin look healthy and pretty. I've even received compliments on how glowing and good my skin looks. While it doesn't offer extreme coverage, I find that's actually a plus. Instead of caking on concealer and cushion, I can just add an extra layer of this cushion where needed, and my skin looks cleaner and more natural. I only see my boyfriend on weekends, and I noticed a frustrating pattern - my skin would look great during the week, but breakouts would appear by the weekend. I often complained to my boyfriend about how upset I was that blemishes would pop up right when we'd meet. It turns out the culprit was stearic acid in the cushion! I could have sworn I checked the ingredients before buying and didn't see it listed. But after finishing the compact and double-checking, I realized it was there all along. I love using shade 17, and it was just perfect for me. Coverage: Unless you have noticeable acne scars, it seems to cover most blemishes well! After applying it all, my skin looks great. Adherence: Even with minimal skincare prep, it applies smoothly without any pilling! It spread evenly, and despite my slightly dry skin, my face didn't feel dry at all~ It seems to have a semi-matte finish. Longevity: I hate when makeup transfers to my mask, so I tried spraying setting spray about three times. There was hardly any transfer to the mask, and except for areas where the mask slightly rubbed off the product, the longevity seems to last over 6 hours. Other: The magnetic case looks luxurious~ And while the scent might be hit or miss for some, I personally liked it. Perhaps due to wearing a mask, after some time, as sweat forms inside the mask, the foundation clumps up in the shape of my pores. It's fine if I smooth it out again, but still... While many cushions tend to break down unattractively when mixed with facial oils over time, this one faded quite beautifully. As someone with a fair complexion, I often find that even light-colored cushions don't provide much brightening effect. However, this cushion seemed to offer a bit more noticeable brightening than others. The pore coverage is truly stunning!! Being a hydrating cushion, it's not difficult to apply, and it beautifully covers pores even in tricky areas like the nose and T-zone. This was the most satisfying aspect for me. The cushion puff is quite soft and seems to work well with the cushion's formula! The coverage seems comparable to other cushions on the market, and it appears to conceal most blemishes unless they're particularly severe. Unless you have very fair skin, this might look a bit off on your face. Also, since it contains a lot of pink undertones, there's a risk of making your face appear too flushed if not careful. The scent might be a bit divisive, but I personally found it okay. While the texture of the cushion puff was fine, its shape wasn't ideal for applying product around the nose or in more detailed areas. The price point isn't particularly low, which might make it less accessible for some. Despite having large pores and many blemishes, there's absolutely no pore-clogging even after hours of wear. The cushion feels truly semi-matte - it's moisturizing when applied, but has a powder-like finish without needing additional powder. I love that it's not heavy or thick. The magnetic case is sturdy, unlikely to break, and the sleek black design is right up my alley. Just the right amount of product comes out, and when blended, it brightens the face and adds a healthy glow. It's absolutely essential in this mask-wearing era - it truly doesn't budge at all. While experiences may vary, if I didn't already have a recently purchased cushion, I would definitely repurchase this one without hesitation. I've always struggled with makeup looking flaky due to dead skin cells and quickly fading because of excess oil. After much deliberation over cushion foundations, I decided to try this one due to a review event. It suits my skin surprisingly well, so I think I'll continue using it. I start with a light layer of hydrating essence, followed by an emulsion, then apply the cushion. The initial application and adherence are very satisfying. When I apply it in the morning and touch up after lunch, it lasts until I leave work without needing further adjustments. Touch-ups are easy too - just gently pat it on and it blends seamlessly. The black case is quite nice. Even though I have a darker complexion, it gives me a bright, lively look that I really appreciate. This cushion is perfect for me, so I honestly can't think of any downsides at the moment. The included puff is good quality, so there's no need to buy a separate one. But when I applied it to my face, it blended perfectly with my skin tone! It doesn't make my face look ashy or mismatched at all. It's amazing... Coverage: As someone who relies on foundation and concealer, coverage was really important to me. This product definitely has better coverage than other brands on the market. Just a couple of touches provide even, good coverage! If you want additional coverage, you can dab a small amount of concealer and then pat over it with this cushion! Hydration: I was really worried because I have combination skin and it's summer, but while it might be too much to use alone, it's neither too moist nor too dry. It gives a perfect, firm finish with a subtle glow that I really love. Size (Amount): It's definitely larger than regular cushions, and the puff is wider, making it easy to apply. Even better, you only need to apply a small amount for good coverage, so there's a lot of product. Design: The black glossy case is shiny and pretty! Instead of a clicking compact, it has a magnetic closure, which prevents dust from getting in between - even better! Cushion puff: It's too thin and... flimsy! It's so cheap that even a Daiso puff would be better. It feels like it might tear with just a little use, but surprisingly it doesn't and applies well - it's a bit odd. After finishing your skincare, don't just apply it all at once. Instead, dab once on your cheek, once on your forehead, and so on, distributing it around your face. Then pat it all in at once! Apply an extra layer under the eyes and in the center of the forehead for a subtle glow that looks even more natural!

I received it with a mix of excitement and apprehension. For those with super sensitive skin like me who worry about skin reactions, I wanted to share my experience after using it consistently for two weeks. Fortunately, I had no adverse skin reactions! This cushion foundation is a dream come true for those with dry skin who don't want to follow the current semi-matte trend but still desire a radiant complexion. The lightweight formula applies thinly, and with proper amount control, it doesn't transfer onto masks, which I loved. Most importantly, I was concerned about darkening, but touch-ups blend seamlessly without any patchiness. It's been so long since I've been able to achieve such a bright, glowing complexion - I'm over the moon! There weren't any downsides. I'm not sure yet if the amount of product is too little. Apply small amounts in multiple layers for the best results and to prevent transfer onto your mask!
