  I've been using this product for about 2 years, even when I barely wore makeup. I started using it just because I had it, but true to its name 'Deep Clean', I think its cleansing effectiveness is excellent. I've tried many acne foams, and this one feels less squeaky clean compared to others. If you're looking for a less stripping cleansing foam, I'd recommend this. It's suitable for acne-prone skin, so it might be good for those with blemish-prone complexions. However, don't expect miracles like 'This product made my acne disappear!' That kind of effect is hard to come by.

  Cons

  The downside is that it doesn't lather well. I've switched to other cleansing foams occasionally, and that's when I realized how well foam cleansers can actually lather. As someone with oily, acne-prone skin, this foam is a bit rich, so if you have oily skin and use moisturizing skincare after this, you might end up with excess oil. If you plan to use it this way, make sure to pat your face with a skincare powder afterwards.

Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser Texture & Fragrance: • I love that it has a rich, creamy texture that lathers well even with a small amount, so you don't need to use much. • The scent is a light floral mixed with a cosmetic fragrance. It doesn't linger, so it wasn't off-putting. Experience: • After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight, and the lightweight feel leaves my face feeling refreshed. • It produces abundant foam even with a small amount, making it perfect for a quick morning cleanse.

  Cons

  When using only this cleanser to remove makeup like compact powder, foundation, and sunscreen, it worked best in the order of sunscreen > foundation > compact powder. However, sunscreen leaves behind a lot of oiliness and a slippery feeling, suggesting residue might remain. Even when using this with other cleansing balms and cleansers for double cleansing, there's still an oily feeling left when removing sunscreen. This makes me hesitant to use it on days when I've applied thick sunscreen or heavy makeup due to the slippery sensation. Despite containing acne-fighting ingredients, using it both morning and night can lead to blemishes appearing on the skin.

  Pros

  I started using this product as soon as I received it and have been using it for about two weeks now. The texture isn't overly thick, and when you open the cap, it has a tendency to come out slightly even without squeezing. The first time I used it, I accidentally squeezed out too much and spent quite a while rinsing it off. It lathers best when mixed with a bit of water, but be careful not to let it slip down the drain! When you start cleansing, a lovely fragrance is released, and it feels gentle on the skin. As you rinse, you can feel the softness through your hands. Even after rinsing for a while, there's a lingering softness on your face, as if a gentle film has formed. I have oily skin, and while there's a slight tightness right after washing, it's not as long-lasting or intense as with other cleansing foams I've used. The Acne Cleansing Foam leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft. It might just be my imagination, but my complexion seems to look softer too! The scent is only present during cleansing and disappears completely afterwards. With this level of gentleness, I think it would be especially great for those with dry skin.

  As someone with oily skin, I usually prefer a cleansing foam that gives a squeaky-clean feeling. The Acne Cleansing Foam, however, has a very soft feel and leaves a gentle film-like sensation on the face after washing. At first, this felt a bit heavy, but I got used to it over time. In the beginning, it seemed to clog my pores a bit, causing some small blemishes to appear. Even after cleansing, I could still feel some oiliness, especially around my nose area. I was hoping it might help with some recent chin breakouts, but I'm still experiencing blemishes - though that could be due to other factors. The cleansing effectiveness isn't the best, as I can still see some dead skin cells after washing. However, as I continued using it, I found that this softness isn't all bad - it does leave a pleasant, smooth feeling. As for the fragrance, I'm not sure if it was necessary. You can only smell it when you're lathering up, and it disappears completely after rinsing. Being sensitive to smells, I wonder if it was worth adding potentially irritating ingredients for a scent that doesn't linger.

  Skin Type: I have hormonal acne with excessive sebum production and some deep dryness. Recently, due to job hunting, COVID, and dieting, I haven't been wearing makeup or eating late-night snacks, so I've had almost no breakouts. What I Liked: As someone extremely sensitive to fragrances, I really appreciated the subtle scent. Also, I personally loved the texture - it's very rich and doesn't feel powdery at all.

  Cons

  What Could Be Improved: First, this was my first time using a low pH cleanser. I have oily skin and prefer that squeaky clean feeling, so I hadn't tried one before. Perhaps because of this, when I used it as an evening cleanser (following the same routine as my previous cleanser), it didn't feel like it cleaned thoroughly. About an hour after washing, it felt like oil was resurfacing (unlike the usual gradual oil production, it felt clean on the surface but oily underneath). Sure enough, I woke up with a new blemish the next day. However, there could be multiple factors at play (hormones, changes in makeup and diet), so I'll use it again in two weeks and update my review!

  Tip

  This might work better as a morning cleanser rather than an evening one!
