The texture is not too watery, but rather a suitable firm ointment-like consistency (which may be due to it dissolving in the winter). It absorbs without being sticky and provides just the right amount of moisture. (Of course, individual differences in skin condition may apply.) Personally, I don't like products that are too sticky, so I really like this one, and above all, the fragrance is wonderful.
Cons
The price is high compared to the volume. The product is good, but I'm not sure if the price is justified by the product quality... Nowadays, domestic brands have such good products and effective marketing, so it's not easy to compete with them.
