Pros
I tried using the sample that came with the toner. When applied, it's a refreshing and crisp cream. It feels similar to the birch sap moisture cream. Most recent creams have good ingredients and feel, so it's hard to say they're significantly better, they're just generally decent. Personally, I liked the birch sap moisture cream better. The cream wasn't great, but the Tory or hyaluronic acid toner was excellent! It's very gentle and helps reduce facial dryness, so it's great to mix and use in various ways, and you can comfortably use it even when your skin is in poor condition. It's as versatile as the Etude House Soon Jung series, but the toner is more simple and straightforward than the Soon Jung series.
Cons
I used it for about two days and my skin started breaking out. I also got a couple of pimples that were forming. Most creams with silica that have a silky finish don't work for me - they feel moisturizing when applied but then become powdery as they dry. I don't think this one has silica, but I'm not sure what the problem is. The birch sap moisturizer didn't cause any breakouts.

This is the first soothing cream I've used, so I was curious about how it would be and had high expectations. It seems to have met those expectations.
