My blemishes have drastically reduced - actually, they've stopped appearing altogether! Due to wearing masks daily because of COVID, I used to get chin acne 1-2 times a week, but since using this product, I haven't had a single breakout. It's truly amazing! I'm guessing the reasons for this could be: 1. My previous cleansing foam wasn't effective enough, leaving makeup residue that caused blemishes, while this one has excellent cleansing effectiveness (it feels like it removes all oil, almost to the point of tightness after washing). 2. The centella ingredient might have a soothing effect. Despite its critical flaw, I'm sticking with this product. The generous size and affordable price are great bonuses. The transparent pump bottle allows you to see the contents, making it much more convenient than tube packaging.
ConsI'm writing this review as a warning before using this product. It stings my eyes terribly. I usually only wear eyeshadow without eyeliner, so I don't use a separate eye makeup remover. I typically finish with cleansing oil followed by cleansing foam. Since I don't use eye makeup remover, I pay extra attention to massaging my eyelids and eye area when using cleansing foam. But with this product, the stinging in my eyes is absolutely unbearable - it's the worst I've ever experienced. It's 1000 times worse than when my cat allergy flares up and irritates my eyes.

As a terribly lazy person, I only buy cleansing products with pumps, but 99% of cleansing foams come in tubes, so I've had to reluctantly purchase those. However, I couldn't resist buying Graymelin's foam cleanser because the packaging was exactly to my liking. Plus, it's a large size at a wallet-friendly price of around $8. The 500ml bottle lasts forever since you only need a tiny amount to create rich lather. Just half a pump is enough to cleanse your face, neck, and even your hands. The foam is incredibly soft and has a satisfying texture.
ConsI couldn't use this product because it made my face slightly tingly, possibly due to an ingredient that didn't agree with my skin. I chose the Centella version out of the four types because it seemed the gentlest, but it still didn't work for me. After leaving it unused for a while, I started using it as a hand and body wash instead of a facial cleanser because I liked its squeaky-clean finish. One issue is that the product separates easily, and it becomes difficult to dispense when you've used about 70% of it. I had to keep tapping it to get the product out, and towards the end, I had to open the cap to use it.
TipIf it doesn't suit your face, try using it on your body!

Could even double as a body wash... Despite its very thin consistency, it lathers well. The cleansing effectiveness is decent. Its main feature is being mild. Using it doesn't particularly soothe or irritate the skin. So it might be suitable for super sensitive skin types. I've been using it for about 10 days now, and I plan to add more to this review after using it for a month.
ConsIt leaves the skin feeling quite squeaky clean after washing, so those used to creamy, low pH cleansers might find it hard to adjust and possibly irritating. The scent is mediocre - I'm not sure why they added fragrance at all. +Adding a con: It stings terribly if it gets in your eyes. I used to use a low pH foam cleanser from a different brand that didn't sting at all when it got in my eyes, but this one is severely painful. __Updating after 2 weeks of use About a week after I started using it, I developed rash-like blemishes on my forehead and my cheeks broke out. However, after persevering for about two weeks, it seems it was just an adjustment period as everything has calmed down now. I thought this might be helpful information!
TipIf you use a bubble maker to create foam, you can get a really rich lather for a thorough cleanse!

It seems like it'll last forever, no matter how much I use. Although the texture is quite runny, it lathers up nicely and has decent cleansing effectiveness.
ConsWhen I wash my face, it feels kind of... tingly? There's a slight stinging sensation, which is odd. I have super sensitive skin, but given the gentle ingredients, I never expected this reaction. Maybe my expectations were too high? I've used many cleansing foams before without experiencing this. I wonder why this is happening... Despite the slight tingling, I haven't had any blemishes yet. I'm still using it because I'd hate to waste such a large bottle, but I'm not sure if the tiny bumps on my chin are caused by this or something else. I was hoping for a moisturized feeling after cleansing, but it seems to strip away hydration instead. I'm left wondering what the perfect affordable, gentle cleansing foam for my skin would be. I'd be so grateful if someone could recommend one! It's really challenging when reviews are so divided.
TipTry soaking your face in lukewarm water first. Then work up a lather and gently massage it in. It might be better to use this after a first cleanse if you're wearing sunblock or BB cream. (I'm sure everyone knows this already!)

The quantity is generous too - my mom and I have been using it for months, and we still have about a third left!
ConsPerhaps due to its strong cleansing power, it can be quite irritating! It stings a bit, and my skin feels tight after washing. I'm not sure it's as gentle as claimed. What's more, I developed small bumps that I've never had before, and even my mom with dry skin said she was breaking out, so we had to stop using it. Also, after only about a month of use, the product separated, coming out watery sometimes and thick other times.
TipThese days, I'm using it to clean my makeup sponges instead! It works wonderfully for that purpose.
