This review is based on using a gift I received. It has a floral and powdery scent. Although it's a hair mist, the fragrance is quite intense. I feel like it makes my hair softer! The scent feels a bit heavy for summer use. As someone who prefers neutral or soap-like fragrances, this doesn't suit my taste, unfortunately. - id***Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 12, 2024
I received this as a gift through KakaoTalk! The scent is powdery with floral notes. It's a feminine and lovely fragrance. Since it's a hair mist, the longevity isn't as impressive as a regular perfume. - ye******Combination SkinInner DrynessMay 27, 2024
When I need a mood boost, I spritz this after shampooing and the scent lasts for over a day! If you love this fragrance, it's definitely worth adding to your collection. Honestly, it's not my personal favorite scent! While I had high hopes, those sensitive to fragrances might find it too intense. I'd recommend using just one spray at a time. - sn****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 18, 2024
To be honest, I wasn't interested in hair mists at all. I only bought this because it came with a Chanel charm. But I'm actually using it quite well! The lasting power is really impressive. The scent is quite feminine, which personally isn't my cup of tea... That's a bit disappointing. Still, I have to admit the fragrance does smell luxurious and seems to be quite popular. - uo******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 6, 2024
It's Chanel, after all! A mist that perfectly recreates the iconic No. 5 fragrance. No need to spritz perfume directly on your hair anymore. The scent lasts surprisingly long, and it banishes any unpleasant scalp odors. The only downside would be the price, I suppose. But even a small amount leaves a long-lasting fragrance, so I'm satisfied. - je******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedFeb 3, 2024
Recommended for those who love the Chanel No. 5 scent but find it too intense! The fragrance longevity rivals that of a perfume. As always when using mists made from perfumes, I couldn't really notice much effect as a hair mist. If you don't experience any blemishes after spraying it on the back of your hand, try using it as a body mist after showering for longer-lasting fragrance! - zj********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessSep 3, 2023
The staying power isn't particularly long-lasting. If I spritz it on before heading to work, it tends to fade away by the time lunch rolls around. I've gone out with just a quick spritz once or twice! Personally, it's not a scent I'm fond of. It reminds me of that typical fragrance you encounter when you step into the cosmetics section on the first floor of a department store... - ys**Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 10, 2023
The scent is incredibly strong - one spray seems to last half a day. The packaging is beautiful. Because the fragrance is so potent, you don't need to use much, so it lasts a long time considering the volume. It only functions as a fragrance, not much different from a perfume. The scent is too intense. As someone who uses mists instead of perfume, I personally find this disappointing. - gr*******Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedAug 22, 2022
I received this as a gift and I'm really impressed. Even though it's meant for hair, I usually dislike when hair products touch my skin because they feel greasy. But this one doesn't have any oily ingredients, which is great. The luxurious bottle is a nice bonus too! The scent isn't terrible, but it's too similar to their body emulsion. I was hoping for something different, but it's just a typical Chanel fragrance, which is a bit disappointing. - ve******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 14, 2022
When I was younger, I thought Chanel No. 5 smelled too perfumey and strong. But as I've gotten older, I've come to appreciate how it subtly diffuses. Since this is a hair mist, it's definitely less overpowering than the perfume, which makes it more approachable. The staying power seems even better though. I love that I can still smell it in my hair at night. For women in their 20s, I think Chanel Chance might be more suitable than No. 5. To be honest, while this is marketed as a hair mist, I can't really tell if it adds any hydration to my hair. I'm satisfied using it mainly for the lovely fragrance.
