When my face felt dry and itchy, applying this thinly was helpful. I felt the ingredients themselves were very gentle.

Pros
My skin type has changed and I now have acne, but when I had combination/oily skin in the winter, no matter what cream I used, my skin would still feel tight. However, when I used this product, my skin didn't feel tight at all. I really felt that the moisturizing power was great. Looking at the ingredients, I saw that it contains phenoxyethanol, which is supposedly not that great, but I personally felt that it was very gentle on my skin.
Cons
The formula is quite thick, and in the summer, it can feel a bit heavy and sticky on the skin.

I purchased this product based on a friend's recommendation when it was on a buy-one-get-one-free deal, and I'm now on my second bottle. I have sensitive+dry skin, so I only use pharmacy cosmetics. Despite the late spring, I was looking for moisturizing products and found a 1+1 event at an online store, so I tried it. It has soothing evening primrose ingredients that are good for sensitive skin, and it's a moisturizing balm (lotion) with the right amount of oil, so it suits my skin well.
Cons
It has a faint scent of evening primrose oil, but it's not irritating.

It had a gentle feel for sure. While it was unscented and colorless, the blue color was a bit unusual, but I bought it because my skin is prone to irritation and redness, and it definitely had a gentle feel.
Cons
They said it was good even for dry skin, but since I have dry skin, I felt like it was a bit drying instead.

Pros
My first child's eczema becomes extremely severe during seasonal changes and winter, and I even have to use prescribed ointments. But after using this product for 3-4 days, the symptoms improve significantly, so I've stocked up 6 of them! Whenever my child's eczema symptoms appear during seasonal changes, I immediately reach for this product and even keep some at the daycare. My second child has also been using it for over 6 months (it's recommended to use evening primrose oil only after 6 months as it can cause allergies). The scent is not too strong, and I really like it. The downside is that it's quite expensive in Korea, but I stocked up when they had a buy-one-get-one-free promotion, and I've been using those for 2 years now. It would be great if there were no harmful ingredients, but looking at the ingredients list, there are some (though fewer than in Bioderma Baby products). The German product Aveeno is also good for moisturizing and has no harmful ingredients, but it's sold at an outrageous price in Korea as well. In the summer, I use Earthmama, and in spring, fall, and winter, I use this evening primrose balm and Aveeno in combination. I've tried many baby lotions and creams from overseas (Cetaphil, Sebamed, Weleda, Logonacare, Evabivia, Attitude, Biolane, Bioderma), but this is one of the products I'm most satisfied with. I even applied this as the final cream on my own face tonight.

The product does contain some harmful ingredients, and it is sold at a rather expensive price in Korea.
