  Ingredients: After purified water, the formula contains glycereth and 1,2-hexanediol (which boost hydration and act as a non-toxic preservative alternative to parabens), followed by glycerin. This gives it a slightly rich texture. The ingredient list then features various hyaluronates, cousins of hyaluronic acid, clearly showing that this product was created with hydration as the top priority. Texture/Application: As a toner with some viscosity, it glides smoothly over the skin. It has a watery feel but with a slight plumpness to it. Sensitivity: The application is not irritating at all and feels pleasant, but there's a subtle tingling sensation similar to when first using Kiehl's moisturizer. The intensity is about 1/10. While the product's hydration penetrates well, if your skin is dry and cracked, you might experience a similar feeling. I continued using it and eventually it suited my skin perfectly. (Note: In such cases, some people find it improves with use, while others may experience irritation, so please use this information as a reference only.) Effectiveness: It doesn't evaporate upon application but feels like it's layering on the skin. After three or more applications, it's moisturizing enough that those with combination dehydrated skin might not need a separate cream.

  Pros

  As a toner, it does run a bit when applying, but it absorbs well into the skin. Considering the price, I think it's a product you can use comfortably without any fuss.

  Cons

  While there aren't any major drawbacks, there aren't any standout benefits either - it's just a decent, middle-of-the-road product. (For men, applying this toner directly after shaving without other skincare products may cause a tingling sensation in the shaved areas.)
