  At first, I thought it would be moisturizing and nice, so I applied it consistently without knowing much...

  Cons

  Perhaps due to the panthenol ingredient, it feels a bit heavy. Strangely, whenever I use cosmetics containing panthenol, I get small, deep-set blemishes on my cheeks. Also, it leaves a slightly cool sensation around my philtrum. It's disappointing.
