I have a lot of hair and it's quite coarse, but with just one pump, it lathers up nicely and feels soft.

The lather is really great!! Other shampoos usually require 3-4 pumps, but this one only needs about 2.5 pumps to get a rich, abundant lather. After shampooing, there's no skin irritation or itchiness, and my hair feels soft.
Cons
