  Skin type: *Super sensitive *Combination dehydrated skin Super sensitive - I've tried almost everything recommended for sensitive skin, and most of them caused reactions (e.g. Hey Nature Houttuynia Cordata Toner, Skinfood Watercress Pads) Combination dehydrated - T-zone gets oily, U-zone is dry (deep dryness and burning sensation in winter) This toner is truly gentle and lightweight, with a generous amount of product on each pad.

  For some reason, possibly due to a certain ingredient, there are times when I experience slight itching or a burning sensation. Also, the pads are small, so you need to use multiple ones.

  After use, it leaves a slippery residue on the face. It feels like it doesn't fully absorb into the skin, but rather sits on top. For someone like me who prefers a clean feel, this was somewhat off-putting. It also causes a slight itching sensation on the face after use. I've experienced similar reactions with other brands before, so I compared the ingredient lists and found that they both contain citrus-based components. If you have sensitive skin, you might react to these citrus ingredients, so I recommend testing it first before purchasing.

  I found these pads refreshing as they provide more moisturizing than hydrating effects. The cooling effect is just right. It seems they didn't use artificial fragrances, and upon checking the ingredients, I confirmed there really aren't any. Compared to products with 7 types of oligo hyaluronic acid, this seems to suit me better, suggesting it might be gentler for sensitive skin.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, for some reason, The Lab by Blanc Doux products don't seem to agree with my skin... I wish I knew which ingredient was causing the issue. I applied the product to my forehead, chin, and cheeks. My forehead and chin started itching quickly. After removing the product, I noticed my forehead had become red and blotchy. Since my cheeks were fine, it seems the product doesn't suit particularly sensitive areas like the forehead. Based on this, I think it might irritate those with sensitive skin, especially if their skin condition has been poor recently. I wouldn't recommend this for hypersensitive skin like mine.

  Tip

  It seems best to avoid using these as wipes. I only used them as leave-on pads, and even with minimizing irritation this way, there were still some issues. I expect wiping with them would be even worse for hypersensitive skin.

  I liked that the pads were thin, making it easy to use as a mask. Other than that, I'm not sure what else to say...

  I stopped using this after about three days. When I first used it and took it off, my skin felt a bit itchy, but I thought it might be nothing and continued using it for a few more days. After that, my entire face broke out. This product really didn't agree with my skin at all...

  Unfortunately, it doesn't agree with my sensitive skin. I'm frustrated because I can't pinpoint why. I tried it for the first time today, and right after using an exfoliating toner, I felt a slight itch. I initially brushed it off since my skin has been prone to itching lately. However, as time passed, the itching intensified. When I checked in the mirror, I noticed a few small blemishes had appeared. I immediately washed it off with water. I really wanted to enjoy this product for its hydrating properties, but my skin simply rejected it

  Pros

  I've been using this product consistently, and I find it hydrating with thin pads. Unlike some other pads that can sting the face, this one doesn't cause any irritation whatsoever. However, the pads are soaked with so much essence that it keeps coming out. I'm not sure if that's a pro or a con. I noticed the absorption is a bit slow, and once it's absorbed, my skin feels slightly sticky. I really dislike that sticky finish, so I only used it a few times before giving it to my sister. On the bright side, it does leave the skin feeling moisturized, which is nice.

  Cons

  The downside, as I mentioned earlier, is that there's so much essence in the pads that it takes a while to absorb, and the finish feels sticky, which is disappointing. Also, and this might just be my skin's reaction, but it made me a bit itchy. Unlike most pads that help with dead skin cells, this one didn't seem to have that effect. I think people with oily skin might want to avoid this product.

  Tip

  I don't have any specific tips to share. If anything, I'd say using just one pad is more than enough.
