ConsAfter switching from regular soap to this product, I'm going back to soap due to skin irritation issues. I regret not realizing this sooner and feel resentful towards the product. Looking for similar experiences in negative reviews, I found others who suffered comparable side effects. I've developed bumpy rashes on the back of my hands, inner wrists, and forearms, sometimes accompanied by itching and a burning sensation. They're also quite persistent. Researching the ingredients, I discovered that triethanolamine is now classified as a carcinogen. I was shocked to learn from media reports that it can dry out and irritate the skin, causing contact dermatitis, and accumulate in the body with long-term use. It's surprising that such harmful ingredients are still used these days. The formulation seems outdated and disregards human health. How can they expect to be recognized as a national favorite with this? After using this product, I stopped using steroid medication, but the condition recurred and spread to other areas, becoming resistant to steroids. The stress and nightly itching have worsened my depression. The dermatitis hasn't improved, and unlike regular soap, it's particularly drying. Occasionally, parts of my palms become red and itchy. Suspecting a connection, I researched the ingredients again, this time including 'dermatitis' as a search term, and found it's not a good product. While hand washes are often marketed for their antibacterial properties, they're reportedly no different from regular soap in this regard. Don't fall for the foam formula and antibacterial marketing hype like I did, and end up with side effects like those mentioned in these negative reviews. I recommend sticking to regular soap. I even bought refills from Coupang, but now I'll just use them for cleaning instead of on my skin.
TipDon't use this product. It causes contact dermatitis with bumpy rashes that won't go away.

ConsI used this by my sink for nearly two years. During a year of working at a pizza place, I washed my hands over 100 times a day without any issues. But suddenly, eczema appeared. When I looked up reviews for this bathroom hand soap I'm currently using, I was shocked to find many complaints about bumps and rashes. Not only do I have itchy blisters, but also swelling and a burning sensation. Ugh... I'm really frustrated.
TipI'm not sure what else to add.

The scent was also clean and pleasant.
ConsMy baby and I kept getting bumpy blemishes on our hands that were itchy. I was wondering why, so I posted a picture of my baby's hands on a forum I frequently visit. Someone asked if we were using Aekyeonghae Lemon hand soap, which shocked me. They said after using it for a few months, their hands were a mess with peeling dead skin cells. Apparently, only the lemon version caused issues, not the others. We switched to Method soap, and the blemishes disappeared. My baby just started daycare this month, and the hand issues are coming back. I vaguely remember seeing Aekyeonghae Lemon soap in the daycare bathroom. I'm hesitant to say anything for fear of being seen as an overly sensitive parent. What should I do?
