When you apply the toner to your skin, it quenches dehydrated skin, leaving it with a glass-like glow full of hydration. Due to its water-like consistency, you can either apply it directly with your hands or use it as an exfoliating toner.

The strong image of the container led me to expect a slightly brownish toner, but contrary to my expectations, it was a completely clear, water-like formula. There's absolutely no stickiness, and it truly has a water-like texture that feels incredibly hydrating and smooth.

I found that applying multiple layers of the toner seems to work even better!
