For those with permed hair, I recommend applying this after drying. Take a small amount in your palm and either twirl sections of hair with your fingers or run your hands through your hair to define curls and boost volume.

For a no-wash cream, it's surprisingly thick and doesn't absorb smoothly, so I couldn't really feel any softening effect on my hair. Also, the packaging is designed for immediate use upon opening the lid, which makes it difficult to tell if someone has already opened or used the product. I wish they would add a seal or inner protective layer for peace of mind.
