A decent toner overall. The texture is water-like and flows easily. It's truly unremarkable, but it didn't cause any blemishes. That's probably why I don't have a strong desire to repurchase it. It's super gentle! No blemishes triggered, just does the basics perfectly! It felt like nothing special, but I guess that means it's really gentle, right? Be careful if you don't react well to houttuynia cordata extract!
