As I have oily skin, it's not easy to choose a moisturizing cream. There was a new one at home, so I tried it once. The next day, small bumps appeared. I'm not sure if it's because the cucumber pack doesn't suit me or if this product doesn't work for me. Even when I applied it in the evening, it felt like the moisture was just on the surface. When I woke up in the morning, a lot of oil had come up, so I gently washed my face with a foam cleanser.

Pros
I have combination skin with dehydration, so I don't have acne and have a clean, bright complexion. However, even a little oiliness causes bumps to appear, and even a little dryness causes tightness, so I have to slather on lotion. The Therapy line from The Face Shop works well for me - the scent is okay, the formula is good, and it's great.
Cons
In dry winters, just using this makes my skin feel tight... The truth is, any cream that's not oily, like these aqueous (semi-transparent) products, tends to cause tightness in the winter, so you have to apply something else before using them.
Tip
If you're like me, with combination skin that's dehydrated - where oily products cause bumps, but non-oily ones make your skin feel tight - try putting a couple drops of facial oil on after your toner, and massaging it into your cheeks, nose, chin, and forehead before applying your cream. That way your skin won't feel tight, and you won't get any bumps. If you really don't want to use facial oil, you can mix a few drops of low-molecular hyaluronic acid into your cream instead - that works just as well to prevent tightness! I do that with all my creams and lotions, and the results are just as good as luxury products, even though I work at a drugstore. The main difference between high-end and drugstore is just marketing and ingredient ratios - if you know the formulas, you can make your own just as good.

Since anti-aging is basically included in the moisturizer, it's convenient that I don't have to apply a bunch of different things. I heard the Derma Therapy line has a strong scent that people either love or hate, but I thought it was fine. The texture was also fresh. Above all, it was very moisturizing, and my skin stayed supple until I washed my face the next day.
Cons
The only downside is that the moisturizer is a bit pricey for what it is. I guess that's to be expected since it's a functional product, but it feels burdensome to use it generously.

I used the First Serum throughout the winter and spring, and I can visually see that my skin has become much more moisturized and improved. There is no irritation, the fragrance is nice, and I used it very well.
