Pros
This mud/clay pack has an incredibly soft and creamy texture. Even though it contains scrub granules, it applies smoothly regardless of whether you use your hands or a pack brush. The texture resembles a regular wash-off pack more than a typical clay pack. It also has a cooling sensation, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and pores tightened after cleansing. While it dries, there is minimal tightness or discomfort, making it easy to rinse off. I typically use a cleansing sponge, and it worked well to cleanse the pack, with the sponge rinsing out easily as well.

If you have sensitive skin, it might be irritating. Pros
I was sad to see that the Innisfree mud pack I had been using well was discontinued, and only the tube type remained. Fortunately, I was able to replace it with the Recovery Boryeong Mud. While it doesn't have the same pore-refining effect as Innisfree, I've been using it without burden as a product to remove impurities. I recommend it as a refreshing product to use in the morning when deep cleansing would be too burdensome.
Cons
Since it is a wash-off pack for the entire face, a single container gets used up quickly. It would have been better if the volume was more generous so I could use it more liberally.
Tip
Since I tend to do intensive exfoliation in the evenings, applying the gentle Boryeong Mud in the mornings and rinsing it off after eating some fruit allows me to start the day feeling clear and clean, without any worries about irritation.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the product I purchased at a bargain price during a big sale on Hwahae was of excellent quality. The formula is soft and creamy, with no gritty particles. I was initially skeptical about whether the lack of exfoliating beads would still provide effective pore cleansing, but as soon as I rinsed it off, I could feel my skin becoming baby-soft. The absence of harsh scrubbing particles also means there is no irritation or tightness after use. The most satisfying part is that it rinses off completely without any residue. Among the wash-off packs I've tried, this one seems the most mild and least irritating. Products with granules can make the skin turn red or sting the eyes if scrubbed too hard, but this one seems less irritating since the product itself is gentle. It seems to absorb oil well. After washing and drying with a towel, the sebum on my nose is visibly drawn out, but after using the pack, the sebum is less noticeable.
Cons
The texture of the pack is a bit sticky, so it takes some time to wash off with water. 🥺 And since I don't use it regularly, I didn't really notice any significant reduction in the appearance of my pores.🥲
