I'm frustrated with the poor durability of the pump bottle. The product itself is great, but I'm switching to something else because of this issue. I've used over 10 bottles of this, and 5 out of 10 had faulty packaging. The pump mechanism breaks down quickly. It works fine at first, but later becomes unstable. Pressing it gets stuck, and no matter how you turn it, the lock-on feature doesn't work properly. It's just... a mess. If they could just change the packaging, it would be perfect.

It cleanses gently and effectively while keeping skin hydrated. I love that the container is slim, so it doesn't take up much space. Even with my sensitive skin, I haven't experienced any blemishes. The gentle cleansing is so satisfying, but the packaging is a bit problematic.
